I am dissatisfied with the placements and culture of the institution.

Placements: Placements in our college are quite poor. The college provides placement facilities only in the IT sector. None of the companies was invited to the campus for biotechnology students. Only Infosys visited our campus for placements. The industrial training was quite good. The biotechnology department needs more improvement in terms of the course curriculum.

Infrastructure: The college has well-equipped laboratories and library. Quality of food served is average. The college has to provide better facilities regarding transportation and extracurricular activities. The hostel needs improvement in facilities and the food served.

Faculty: Few lecturers were very knowledgeable and had good experience in their subject. But, the course curriculum needs to be updated. The college needs to update itself with new trends and growth in the industry. Faculty needs to develop forward-thinking and need better exposure in the field. The lecturers need better training on imparting knowledge.

Other: Extracurricular activities conducted in our college were average.

Our college offers the best biotechnology engineering.

Placements: Our college offers the best biotechnology engineering around Bangalore. There were many university toppers in the previous year. A final-year student got all-India second rank in the GATE aptitude test. Around 300 companies offer placements to the students in our college.

Infrastructure: Our college has well-equipped labs, classrooms with projectors, free Wi-Fi for students, a separate library for the biotechnology department, and a main library at the entrance. Hostel facilities are good. They provide balanced nutritious food. Canteen is provided in the basement. Our college supports students with very good abilities in sports. They offer many prizes in football and volleyball league. Gym is available in our college.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified. The biotechnology department provides the best education. Teachers are assigned to placement groups to guide and train them. There are three internal exams and an external semester exam every semester. Our college comes under Visvesraya University.

Other: Our college conducts talents day, where students get an opportunity to showcase their talent. It organises a week or three days fest every year. Students are friendly. Our campus is good.
