No, PGIMER Chandigarh doesn’t offer MBBS programme. But it offers other various programmes related to medical studies including MSc, BSc, MD and MS, covering major streams such as Medicine & Health Sciences, Science, Nursing. Courses are taught by experienced faculty members who are experts in Endocrinology, Sericulture etc. Candidates seeking admission to PGIMER courses are required to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria set by the college for their desired course.

PGIMER Chandigarh selects students to its MD, MS and MDS courses on the basis of the INI CET entrance exam scores, followed by its counselling rounds. PGIMER Chandigarh INI CET cutoff 2025 for the January session has been concluded, wherein the final round closing ranks varied between 137 and 594 for the MS programmes. So, considering the cutoff, yes, students with an INI CET cutoff rank of 200 are eligible to get admission at PGIMER. However, the cutoff ranks vary across different courses, rounds, and categories. 

The overall rank for PGIMER cut off 2026 for INI CET R2 for MD Radiodiagnosis and Imaging is 41 for General category. 

Admission to PGIMER MD/ MS/ DM/ MCh courses is based on INI CET ranks. After the declaration of the INI CET July Session results,  candidates meeting the INI CET cutoff score can apply for admission to PGIMER. 

PGI Chandigarh generally makes its application portal open for various BSc courses in the month of May. The college only accepts online applications and no request for offline applications are entertained. Also it is compulsory to apply via college’s website. Steps to apply are as follows -

3. Complete all the required details

4. Take a printout of the form for future purposes and make the application fee payment

PGIMER Chandigarh BSc counselling rounds generally begin around the month of July. The college holds personal counselling, which means that eligible candidates have to physically report at the institute. Four rounds of counselling are held, in which the fourth round is the’ Open’ or ‘Spot’ round.
