Naralkar Institute of Career Development and Research is completely entrance-based. During the course, students are required to choose a specialisation out of Financial Management, Human Resource, Marketing, Business Analaytics, etc.

Prin. N.G. Naralkar Institute of Career Development and Research does not offers direct admission. Aspirants have to first register and appear for any of the accepted entrance tests. The institute accepts scores in CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA or MAH MBA CET. Candidates then need to participate in CAP Counselling conducted by State Cell, Maharashtra for seat allotment. Aspirants who are offered seat have to confirm the same by paying the course fee.

The best institute in Pune.
Placements: More than 85 percent of the students were placed from our batch. Top recruiting companies are Tata Motors, TCS, and HDFC. The highest package is 11 LPA and the average is 4.8 LPA. 100 percent of students got good internships from colleges. The institute also offers many diplomas.
Infrastructure: One of the best institutes in Pune has the best infrastructure. A well-equipped computer lab is available. Classrooms with smartboards are available. The hostel is not available but as the institute is located in the city area, various hostels are available around.
Faculty: All the faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable. All are very helpful and have the best teaching quality. The course curriculum is designed by SPPU, which is very good. The exams are very difficult, but the passing percentage of NICDR is 100%. The toppers are always from NICDR.

Very good placement and faculty.
Placements: Top companies visited the institute, like TCS, TATA Motors, Jonson Control, and HDFC. The training and placement cell is very good. They train the students properly and conduct many activities for them. Employability activities are held on every Saturday.
Infrastructure: Very good infrastructure, a well-equipped computer lab, a library with many books, spacious ground, classrooms with smartboards, and Wi-Fi are present. Everything is good in the institute but there are no canteens or hostels. As it is located in the city area, everything is easily available.
Faculty: All the teaching and non-teaching staff are helpful. All faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is defined by SPPU, which makes the students industry-ready. The exams are conducted by SPPU.

This college has the best quality faculty for the MBA course.
Placements: At our college, 55% of students get placements in the MBA course. college was actively working and developing alumni for the placements. average package offered in our college was 3–9 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our college were Infosys, HCL, Tata Technologies, Black Rock, etc. The top roles offered at the college were HR, associate, CRM, etc.
Infrastructure: This college had a well-maintained and developed infrastructure. Our college was giving all the necessary facilities to the MBA students. Wi-Fi, computer labs, a fully stocked library, big classrooms, etc. were available on the college campus. The hostel facility was available for the students at our college.
Faculty: Our college had a qualified and knowledgeable faculty. Our college professors were helpful and supportive of the students. In this college course, the curriculum followed is relevant and it makes the MBA students industry-ready. Semester examinations at our college were not hard to pass.

Review of Prin. N.G. Naralkar Institute of Career Development and Research.
Placements: 90 percent of our students have got placements at good companies with great packages. The other 10 percent have established their own firms and businesses. The college provides internships at banks, offices, MNCs, etc. Those who were working as interns were provided with easy jobs.
Infrastructure: The college in total has 2 buildings: admin and academic. The admin building has a big library with various academic guides and a big computer lab to help students for their projects. The classroom has big space, around 60 individual students in 1 class.
Faculty: The faculty is really helpful. The teachers are knowledgeable in their own subjects. The external exams turn out to be very easy due to simple techniques used in teaching. The concepts are clear. The faculty is very understanding and it is easy to approach them.
Other: The industry requires external as well as internal skills; an MBA is the perfect degree to pursue.

I am from batch 2021-23. Overall, it was a great experience.
Placements: I am from MBA batch 2021-23. The top recruitment companies here are KSB Companies, Cognizant, Poonawalla, Topsource Globe Flex, etc. Here, 99% of students got internships, and others could opt for desk research, which is a great option. Packages here start from 2 lpa to 5 lpa.
Infrastructure: The quality of the course is very good. The teaching staff is very experienced. Hostel facilities are available because the institute is in the middle of the city. Also, infrastructure is developing very fast and the hostel facility will get better. All needs are being fully satisfied.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, experienced and knowledgeable. Difficult level is moderate while internal examination and the syllabus gets covered so that will thoroughly complete and understand the syllabus. The quality of teaching is very good, which helps improve skills.

It is a really great college; the teaching and non-teaching staff are really good.
Placements: 80% of the students were placed. The packages started from 2 LPA to 5 LPA. The companies include Bajaj, Poonawala, Topsource, KSB, etc. 99% of the students got internships at different companies, and the remaining were involved in desk research. As per specialization, students got great opportunities.
Infrastructure: As the college is in the center of the city, hostels are available everywhere. The infrastructure is developing very fast; the colleges are developing rapidly. The college provides excellent training and development facilities, and all the required infrastructure is available.
Faculty: All the facilities provided by the college are very good and meet the requirements. The teaching staff is really good, covering all the points and giving you good direction, which is helpful for your development. The college takes care of all the preparations for exams.
