PSG College of Arts and Science - PSGCAS is a good college.
Placements: About 800 out of 1000 students are placed. 4 LPA is the highest salary package, and the average is 2.5 LPA. Mostly, IT companies recruit from our course. The top role offered is software engineer. We are eligible to attend non-core drives. A lot of companies visit our campus from the beginning of the third year. They visit throughout the end of the year.
Infrastructure: They provide free Wi-Fi for students, a huge library, and quality food. There is a hostel. Our department has a good hardware lab and also has a good embedded lab with full air conditioning facilities. Our labs are very challenging and interesting. We have two types of labs, including hardware and software, and also a computer science lab.
Faculty: All are experienced staff. All have completed doctorates in electronics. The teaching is mostly practical-oriented. We do 10 lab papers before completing the course.
Other: It is a very interesting course. We do more practicals on both the hardware and software sides. Our college provides a lot of scholarships. They offer Rs. 10,000 scholarships per year to students who achieve 80% in their 12th grade. Many celebrations take place at our college.

The Heaven is here (PSG College Of Arts And Science).
Placements: 1. In every department minimum of 10 students placed in every campus. 70 to 80 percentage of students placed in every campus.
2. The highest salary is 18k to 20k in IT companies when it comes to core companies they offered 12k salary for students.
3. Wipro, TCS, CTS, Infosys and L and T were top recruiters.
25 percent of students got internship in Wipro.
Infrastructure: 1. we have wonderful and advanced labs in our college. We have a wi-fi option but in classrooms, we are not allowed to use
2. We have more women's hostel than men's hostel its for a women's safety. Food quality is very good. We have a separate ground for each and every sport. We have an indoor stadium and outdoor grounds.
Faculty: 1. Our teachers train our students with full practical knowledge. Whatever help we need they come to help. Teachers are like friends. In our department, we have only male staffs they treat us like their children.
2. The course makes the students industry-ready.
Other: 1. future is based on electronics that's the reason I chose the course.
2. Physics is important to this course and u need knowledge about electronic devices.
3. Monthly 2 or 3 departments organized an event. It is the best place to enjoy college with friends.

It is a good college but should improve in providing placements.
Placements: Placements provided by our college were good but were based mostly on luck. Many talented students were rejected by HR based on their mindset. Students who needed jobs were not getting selected. Instead, students who attended interviews for time pass got selected.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities, but there was no Wi-Fi. Our department was aided, so we were put in an underground classroom. Many times our class HOD and representatives stood upon to change our electronics department from underground, but the management always gave the newly built blocks to unaided departments.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were good. Practical classes were also taken. Our staff members were of above 50 years, aged person. They generally taught without books. We never had books for subjects. We always followed the notes given by sir for our exams.
Other: I chose this course because it is science-related.

The college is worth every penny.
Placements: The placements in our college are excellent. The students of B.Sc computer science department have a lot of placement opportunities. It is worth every penny to study in the college. The placements of B.Com are average. L&T Construction and E&Y are the top recruiters in the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. The campus has several blocks named from block A to block G. Free Wi-Fi facilities are available. The campus is huge average infrastructure. GRD auditorium is exceptionally good.
Faculty: The faculty members have good teaching skills and excellent knowledge. They are friendly with the students, and they are quite helpful during the projects and other activities. Classes are mostly practical, and they give us a lot of freedom.
Other: It is pride for PSG to organise South India's largest cultural fest called Euphoria.
