a good atmosphere and quality education are provided with experienced lecturers.
Placements: The Pydah college of engineering technology is in the top 10 best colleges in Visakhapatnam. In our course, 130 students are placed. In our college, the highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest package is 2.5 LPA, and the average package is 3.5 LPA.
The Amazon, D Mart, and Reventum companies are the top recruiting companies. Around 40% of students got internships from our course. Wipro, TCS, and tech Mahendra companies are provided internships. Hr recruiter, sales representative, analytics, these roles are offered in our course.
Infrastructure: The hostel is not available for boys. The hostel is available for girls. Good atmosphere, good B.Ed and provides quality food. No medical facilities in our college. Sports and games are conducted in our college. The number of the students who win prizes in our college is good. So it's a great opportunity for the students.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and have good experience in teaching. They give us huge knowledge. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. Our college provides many courses like MBA, MCA, M.Com, and B.Tech.
Other: In the future, I will be a businessman, so I chose this course. MBA is the most underrated course. Once you have gained knowledge, you can do anything in this society. I participate in many of the events, and fests.

It's a good college. The students get a quality education with less cost and good premises.
Placements: We got placements around 20 companies, which includes three companies related to finance specialisation, two companies for HR students, and the remaining for the marketing students. The salary package for finance and HR candidates was 2.4 lakhs per annum, whereas, for marketing, it is 3.2 lacs per annum. The companies like Karvy, ITC, Efftronics, Spandana Spoorthy Financial Limited, Attain, Hifrek technologies, ICICI Insurance, etc., visit the campus, and they all held from the placement cell. The college doesn't provide an internship, but they guide to get an internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good on the campus. There are fully furnished classrooms. There is a Jio Wi-Fi facility on the campus, and it was arranged last year itself. There is a library, and the book's volume is huge and helpful. The playground on the campus is on the top 5 compared with any other colleges in Visakhapatnam. The labs have fully centralised air-conditioners. The quality of food in the canteen is not up to the mark. I didn't face any problem regarding the infrastructure.
Faculty: We have three PhD holders in our department. The course curriculum is related to present situation. The faculty members and the head of the departments were helpful in the academics. The quality of teaching is excellent. For every eight students, there is one faculty. We get some extent of industry exposure.
Other: Every year, our college conducts one-day national level event named Pragyna. There is one prestigious event called alumni, which is for a gathering of old students. There is a facility of scholarship and also extracurricular activities. The campus premises are environment-friendly.

A college with great environment.
Placements: Few companies came to our college for placements in 2013, in which SBI Life Insurance company was the only one which is good. Others are a waste of time for students and waste of money for the company. There was a company called LIC Life Plus, they hired us as insurance agents. No one worked there more than a month, and they worked that one month without any salary. Now, I heard that many worthy companies are coming to college for placements.
Infrastructure: Pydah College is good for its infrastructure and environment. There are a lot of blocks and lot of colleges which are named as PYDC, PYDB, etc., and candidates can join in a particular block. Every block is equipped with a library, lab, and every classroom is well designed.
Faculty: There are good faculty members in Pydah college, especially we can't miss our HOD, Sushma mam's class. Other lecturers and professors are good and helpful to every student even in practicals, exams etc. Not only in our PG department but also every department has good faculty members.

My review on Pydah College of Engineering, Vishakhapatnam.
Placements: Every year, Pydah provides huge placement opportunities for all the specialisations like finance, marketing and HR. As compared to finance and marketing specialisations, HR opportunities were less in number. This year, many of my seniors got placed in companies like Concentrix, Dmart, Walmart, etc., with a package of 2.2-2.4 lpa.
Infrastructure: There are very well-furnished classrooms with a pleasant atmosphere. There is a library with the immense number of books.
There is no Wi-Fi available in the college.
It is only available in the canteen. Every evening, many students will play so many games like cricket, volleyball, and basketball.
Faculty: In my masters of business administration course, there were well-qualified faculty members. Every faculty member was well experienced. They teach us not only the subject but also how to live in the technical world, and so many things that would help in our life.
Other: Pydah College is one of the best colleges in Visakhapatnam. People are coming from many areas to study in this college. This college provides B.Tech, MBA, MSC, MCA, at one campus. It provides a good environment with good career building tools which help us to find a bright career.

Completely satisfied with the placements, faculty, infrastructure, etc. except for some strict rules
Placements: The placements in our college are more when compared to other colleges in Visakhapatnam after GITAM.
Many students got placed in the campus placements, including me.
I was selected in two companies. Out of them, I have chosen Spandana Spoorthy Financial Services Ltd.
The packages which we are getting range from Rs. 180000 to Rs. 420000 per year.
On an average, one can expect a decent amount of Rs. 250000 per annum.
The companies that visited till now for campus placements are
DMart,
Walmart, Spandana Spoorthy, Karvy,
Cattain,
Efftronics, Oppo and many more are yet to come for our academic year.
The roles that were offered to the students are at mid-level management.
Infrastructure: One of the best college in terms of infrastructure.
After GITAM, it's Pydah where the infrastructure grabs one's attention. You can search the images of Pydah College on Google if you want.
There's a vast ground around the college in which we have a cricket ground, volleyball court, badminton courts, basketball courts and many more. The classrooms are decent.
Since I am an MBA student, I don't know about the labs in the college, but we have a library where we can find almost all sorts of books which an MBA student needs.
The canteen food is excellent in the beginning of the academic year but later on, you will have to eat whatever the canteen people make.
Our college has hostel facility only for girls and there are no complaints about the hostel environment except minor issues.
Faculty: The best positive sign in Pydah College PG courses is the faculty members.
They all are well educated and experienced.
The faculty teaches the subjects and gives notes for further reference.
During our projects, we were coordinated by our project guides who are none other than our faculty members. Each faculty member, on an average, got around 9-10 students to coordinate and assist in the project report.
