RKSD college Kaithal : Staff infrastructure and environment .

Placements: There are no placements in college. Sometimes colleges provide internships to students in specific fields but not in every stream. College has no placement programs. But sometimes students prefer to go to university for this purpose and get selected for their dream job.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel in the college. Besides this, the infrastructure is so well managed and good. The buildings are beautiful and well maintained. There is so much cleanliness on the campus. There are directions to reach every segment. Library and laboratories are also well managed.

Faculty: Teachers are very cooperative, understanding, and well-behaved. Definitely the curriculum is course-related, and the students are capable of doing and performing well. There are moderate examinations. With the help of teachers, students are capable of doing them well.

Other: The physics and mathematics department is very kind and helpful. They are always keen to help students in their fields and provide more and more knowledge.

Faculty members are good, but the college environment and crowd are very bad.

Placements: Only 5-6 students got placed from the complete batch of 300 students. The highest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 8,000 per month. Only two companies visited here for placements, which were some banks, and they were offering some insurance jobs, which are different from our field. There was no internship program in our whole graduation.

Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure is good, and the library is also good. Classrooms are average, but labs are good. There is no smart class in our college. There is a project in a lab, but we are not allowed to use it. Wi-Fi is not available in our college, and hostels are also not available in 0our college. There is no canteen in our college for boys, but there is a separate canteen for girls. Medical facilities are not available. The availability of sports ground is good, but we are not allowed to use it. Only players who are playing for the district are allowed.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good, and all the professors are highly educated and very helpful. They always cooperate with students and help students to have overall development. Teachers are way better than other colleges and even better than some top colleges. The only thing that is good in this college is faculty members. Still, some new teachers are very bad, and their language is also not good.

Other: Extracurricular activities are held regularly, and I also participated in many competitions. The crowd of the college is very poor, and all the students use very bad language.

It is not a good college for brilliant students.

Placements: The highest salary package offered in our course was 10 LPA, the average salary package was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package was 4 LPA. Many jobs were provided in hospitals and agricultural sectors.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided in our college were not good. There were proper labs for experiments. Library was available in our college. Canteen was available in our college but the food served in the canteen was not good. Sports facilities were available in our college.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are neither well qualified nor knowledgeable. Their teaching style was not good, especially maths teachers do not teach properly. I'm disappointed with the teachers.

Other: I chose this course to become a teacher. It provides good career opportunities in the field of teaching. More than 150 students are there in our class.

Our college has good staff members, but a poor crowd and infrastructure.

Placements: In our course, the placement rate is very low. Only two students out of 40 students got placed, which is the same case in all other courses. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month, and the average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The top recruiting company of our college is Infosys. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. None of the students got internships.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. The library is the best, and I have never seen a better library. Wi-Fi facility is not available. Labs have broken equipment. Overall, the infrastructure is good, and a new building is under construction.

Faculty: All the teachers are PhD scholars, and they are very helpful. Staff members are very supportive and knowledgeable. The overall teaching is good, but some teachers are not that qualified, and they were appointed only on recommendations, not by their talent, and they don't teach properly.

Other: I have chosen B.Sc. computer science because I want to learn programming and some other computer-related things. The best thing about our course is that we can go to the IT field or the teaching field. Staff members in our course are not that good. Labs are not that good, so I think they need to be improved. Many events are held in our college. The campus crowd is not good at all. Most of the students are from villages.

Good institution, I am satisfied and would recommend it to other students also.

Placements: There is no such placement programme, but companies visit here throughout the year for some sessions and other things also, some of them provide opportunities to the students. However, the students who are studying here are the ones who want to prepare for competitive exams like SSC and CGL. The exception is the pharmacy department case, where there are good placements, as the college is known for its pharmacy department, and getting in is pretty challenging.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average, but there are no hostels or dorms for students on the campus, as there are mostly local students. Though the environment is peaceful, sometimes there are some fights between the students, but the security is good, and for girls, the college is a safe place to study.

Faculty: The faculty is good and supportive. The curriculum is well planned and is according to Kurukshetra University, as it is affiliated with it, and exams are conducted very well, and the level is also good. The passing percentage is around 50% as it varies from course to course, and the attendance should be 60%.

Other: I chose this course as I wanted to prepare for government exams, and the best thing is that it helped me to cover half of the syllabus, as the syllabus is mostly the same. If I want to improve the things I wanted to remove some of the topics that are blamed for the course for me. There are events like talent shows, sports events, and many other festivities throughout the year. Connectivity is good as it is on the main road (Ambala Road, Kaithal). Scholarships are offered based on merit, as it is a semi-government institution.
