Our college has good staff members, but a poor crowd and infrastructure.

Placements: In our course, the placement rate is very low. Only two students out of 40 students got placed, which is the same case in all other courses. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month, and the average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The top recruiting company of our college is Infosys. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. None of the students got internships.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. The library is the best, and I have never seen a better library. Wi-Fi facility is not available. Labs have broken equipment. Overall, the infrastructure is good, and a new building is under construction.

Faculty: All the teachers are PhD scholars, and they are very helpful. Staff members are very supportive and knowledgeable. The overall teaching is good, but some teachers are not that qualified, and they were appointed only on recommendations, not by their talent, and they don't teach properly.

Other: I have chosen B.Sc. computer science because I want to learn programming and some other computer-related things. The best thing about our course is that we can go to the IT field or the teaching field. Staff members in our course are not that good. Labs are not that good, so I think they need to be improved. Many events are held in our college. The campus crowd is not good at all. Most of the students are from villages.

Good institution, I am satisfied and would recommend it to other students also.

Placements: There is no such placement programme, but companies visit here throughout the year for some sessions and other things also, some of them provide opportunities to the students. However, the students who are studying here are the ones who want to prepare for competitive exams like SSC and CGL. The exception is the pharmacy department case, where there are good placements, as the college is known for its pharmacy department, and getting in is pretty challenging.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average, but there are no hostels or dorms for students on the campus, as there are mostly local students. Though the environment is peaceful, sometimes there are some fights between the students, but the security is good, and for girls, the college is a safe place to study.

Faculty: The faculty is good and supportive. The curriculum is well planned and is according to Kurukshetra University, as it is affiliated with it, and exams are conducted very well, and the level is also good. The passing percentage is around 50% as it varies from course to course, and the attendance should be 60%.

Other: I chose this course as I wanted to prepare for government exams, and the best thing is that it helped me to cover half of the syllabus, as the syllabus is mostly the same. If I want to improve the things I wanted to remove some of the topics that are blamed for the course for me. There are events like talent shows, sports events, and many other festivities throughout the year. Connectivity is good as it is on the main road (Ambala Road, Kaithal). Scholarships are offered based on merit, as it is a semi-government institution.
