Place where dream meets reality.
Placements: The highest package is 56 LPA, many 40+ LPA have been cracked by students, Amazon comes for recruitment, and many students got internships from top companies like PhonePe, etc. Project leading engineers, project leaders, and many more places are awarded for recruited students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi-enabled classes, 500-capacity library, classrooms with smart boards, projectors, and the best canteen with affordable-priced food. Many awards are won by students, a gym is provided in the hostel, a variety of food is given, highly advanced labs with modern PCs, which have high speed, a medical facility will always be available, and an SBI bank is available on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, and industry-ready students are produced every year. Sem exams are at the standard level, like applications, and student-friendly. Exams are as per the required level, as it is an autonomous college. The college has a massive auditorium, with lots of talent.
Other: I chose AIML because AI is the future, and a lot of fests are conducted to entertain students.

Overall, it's worth it when you come through KCET.
Placements: The placement percentage might be around 80%. The highest off-campus placement was 50 LPA, and on campus, around 27 LPA. Since I am in my first year, I don't know much about internships. The top recruiters are Infosys and TCS. The highest placements are seen in the AIML department.
Infrastructure: They have a huge campus, but it is not fully built out yet and is still in development. So, the average infrastructure when compared to NHCE, BMSIT, and RVITM. The classrooms are average, and the auditorium is average when compared to other colleges like NHCE, RVITM, and the BMSIT. The library is decent.
Faculty: Faculty are young, not so experienced except for 1-2 teachers, the rest are not so experienced, and their teaching skills are average. In some main departments, like Maths, etc., PSC teaching is very average. Physics faculty members are very good compared to other subjects.
Other: I chose this college through COMEDK, so the fees are high, not worth it through COMEDK, but through KCET, it gives you a good ROI.

Overall, it's a decent college with a vibrant life.
Placements: It's a good college for the CSE branch, you get decent opportunities. As long as academics are concerned, it's chill and the teacher is supportive. At last, I will say it's a good college for people aiming for a decent package and a chill life for 4 years.
Infrastructure: About the infrastructure, I can say the classroom gives school vibes with a digital projector for better understanding. As far as the college canteen is concerned, it's good that you can get tasty food at a minimal price with variety. Now let's talk about the library, it's good and contains all types of books you need for your placements and academic learning.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and give you genuine advice for your better future. The course is not very relevant, but they conduct many seminar which helps you to stay connected with the real world and what is going on. Semester exams are not difficult, they are easy.
Other: I chose this course because it's one of the demanding courses in RNSIT, and I was fortunate enough to get it. About college vibes, it's mostly vibrant, along with plenty of events.

Fairly good college, great library.
Placements: A good number of my seniors are getting placed fairly, and even the highest has gone up to 50LPA, which you can also check on our website, but since intake is big, the average would obviously be lower, which is around 5-6 LPA. Companies like Rakuten always come.
Infrastructure: Facilities are really good, which I can vouch for as my own regular class is in the Centre of Excellence (COE), which has AC, smart board and all, though not everyone is getting this kind of class. Other than this, the library is very good. It has everything.
Faculty: Faculty and curriculum are fairly good, it's average for what you expect in a 3rd tier college, though they do provide a question bank, PYQ, reference books and everything you need for exams. Professors are lenient when you need attendance, plus you can issue books from the library that are related to the exam itself.

Average college, better than its competition.
Placements: Around 85% students were placed. The highest package for the 2024 batch was 56LPA. Adobe had a very high recruitment rate. Around 30 to 40% students got internship opportunities, as per my knowledge. Most of the roles offered were related to web development, and some were machine learning roles.
Infrastructure: The newer buildings have very good classrooms with AC, smart boards and other facilities. The Library is very big and you can find almost all the books related to your stream. The canteen has really good food and is cheaper than other restaurants outside the campus.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful and are well-qualified. The course is similar to other colleges in the country, but the good thing is that we start learning programming from the first semester itself. Semester exams are easy, and most of the students can score well in the exams.
Other: I chose this college because of its location advantage over other colleges that I was allotted during COMEDK counselling. Events and fests are very good, and there is always something going on in the college in which everyone can take part.

Great college with good placements, experienced faculty, and a strong Data Science curriculum.
Placements: Around 50-60 percent of students in our course get placed through campus. The highest package offered is around 12 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA, and the average package ranges between 4.5-5 LPA. In Computer Science and Data Science, top recruiting companies include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture.
Infrastructure: RNSIT has a very good campus with modern and well-maintained infrastructure. The college provides Wi-Fi connectivity in labs. All departments have spacious, smart classrooms equipped with projectors. The hostel facilities are also good, with separate hostels for boys and girls. The mess food is hygienic and provides both North and South Indian meals.
Faculty: Faculty members at RNSIT are highly qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable in their respective domains. The curriculum follows the VTU syllabus. It is updated regularly to match industry requirements. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty. The pass percentage is usually above 90-95%.
Other: I chose RNS Institute of Technology because of strong academic reputation and good placement record. The course is well-structured. It focuses on machine learning. It helps students build a solid foundation.

While deciding between RNSIT and CMRIT, look at their overall profile. Both institutions have good placement, but higher salary packages were reported by CMRIT with a maximum of 16 LPA by VMware, while it was slightly lesser for RNSIT at 7-8 LPA. Both have similar infrastructure, but RNSIT is usuall
