RNSIT Fee Structure 2026

Aspirants who clear RNSIT admission process are eligible to pay the total tuition for the respective course. Candidates can pay the amount online or offline. However, it is advised to confirm with the RNSIT.

The RNSIT fees for courses ranges between INR 4.4 lakh to INR 30 lakh.
The lowest fee is for B.E./ BTech Civil Engineering and the highest fee is for CSE i.e. INR 30 lakh.
The tuition fee for MBA and MCA is INR 6 lakh.

The Management quota students can pay the fees in two instalments (except Civil Engg). At the time of admission, the first instalment fees in full to be paid through NEFT / RTGS/ CHEQUE/ DD and second instalment fees through three months with postdated cheque.

RNSIT Fee Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal of admission, fees paid for admission under management Quota during admission will not be refunded nor adjusted to CET / COMEDK fees for first year as per the college norms and as per the undertaking given by parent and student.

The fee structure is quite simple at RNSIT. It depends how you enter the college (i.e CET, comedk, management ). If you go through CET it is, the fixed government amount+ around 20 thousand which adds to miscellaneous causes.Comedk is also similiar. Management seat fees varies according to the branch you want, it's usually the highest for computer Science and engineering, Ec then comes information Science and the rest. Around 4 lpa. The lowest is around 2.5 Ipa and the highest till now in our college was given by Microsoft and it was 16 LPA for one student . There were lots of companies for our batch that gave packages ranging from 3 to 10 lpa. The packages described above are not completely from companies that have come to our college but also include pool campus opportunities.

About the MCA branch at RNSIT.

Placements: There are a decent number of placement opportunities. Many reputed companies visit the campus for recruitment.

Infrastructure: The college has a nice and calm infrastructure. However, outside the college, a main road that can create traffic issues, and many accidents have been spotted. The canteen food is slightly more expensive, but the quality of food is good because of the strict and well-maintained cleanliness. There is also good Wi-Fi coverage across the campus.

Faculty: All faculty members, curriculum, and exams are strictly maintained and managed properly. Discipline is also maintained, and every faculty member is knowledgeable. They treat students with respect and guide them properly rather than considering them as rivals. Most students here are well-disciplined. However, sometimes teachers provide unwanted courses that do not belong to our field. They are not very useful because there is not enough time to complete them.

Other: There is nothing much to mention. But every student needs to study on their own rather than depending completely on teachers or subjects.

Excellent opportunities at RNSIT.

Placements: More than 75 percent of students got placed. Even placements in IT also happen. The highest package is 20 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. Good placement drives happen for every batch. A good college to study and develop your knowledge.

Infrastructure: All good facilities at the hostel. Good facilities are available at the hostel. The library is open beyond college hours. It helps a lot with studying. Good crowd. Staff help a lot and motivate you to participate in hackathons and other activities. Nice environment.

Faculty: Now it is an autonomous college. So all good courses with respect to industry standards are recommended. A lot of opportunities to choose electives and build your skills. Appreciated for taking projects to enhance knowledge. Examinations are conducted in a structured manner. Teachers are very supportive.

Dissatisfied with placements but satisfied with infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: They have many good companies coming for placements and provide good internship opportunities in the 3rd year. The placement cell is good and is always trying to bring more companies. Placements are average this year, maybe because the market is like that, and there is not much hiring happening anywhere.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good. It is not a huge campus, but it is well-maintained. They have separate blocks for every branch, and Wi-Fi is available in most of the blocks. The library is also very good and has good Wi-Fi. Sports facilities are not that good, but I have heard they will be improved within a year. The hostel is also good, but it is purely vegetarian.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified. Their teaching is good, and the courses are also well designed, involving a lot of project-based learning. Internal exams are easy to moderate. But it is harder to score good marks in semester-end exams because the papers are usually tougher than the internals.

Placements: 13 students were placed out of 25 students. The placement rate for mechanical engineering and electrical engineering is good. We also have a paid internship in the 4th year. The college has a placement department. Last year, we had 50 positions offered in placement.

Infrastructure: There is no game facility. The food can be improved. All the basic facilities are available 24 hours a day. Medical facilities are also available with a standby ambulance. The hostel hosts a fest every year for students living in the hostel. We also have a projector facility for a cricket match.

Faculty: There is faculty for every subject. The college has a lab with proper working equipment and trained equipment handlers. The college also has a URF, where they provide funding for research and projects. The college also encourages you to join societies like IEEE and ISHRE.

Placements: The placement scenario for IT branches is quite decent. The highest package is generally in the range of 25-30lpa. This time it was 50Lpa from Amazon (off campus). The average package hovers around 6 LPA to 7 LPA, while the lowest till date is 3.5 LPA. About 80-85% students get placed.

Infrastructure: The library and lab infrastructure for the course is decent, but has room for improvement. Campus wi-fi is available for the students, though the speed depends on which block you are in. The library is huge with an excellent collection of academic books. Food court, hostel, sports, and gym facilities are available.

Faculty: The faculty members in the CSE department are highly qualified, with many holding Ph. This or actively pursuing research. The curriculum follows the VTU guidelines, though it is autonomous now. The faculty members are generally helpful if you approach them with doubts.
