About RNS's CSE department.

Placements: I'm from the recent CSE batch, and placements are pretty good if we are consistent with our skills. Around 75%-85% get placed, and the highest package till date is 50 LPA. Many product-based companies and MNCs visit the college for placements. Overall, a good college with many opportunities.

Building my Future at RNSIT: A Civil Engineering.

Placements: I am a civil engineering 6th-semester student, and regarding the placement in our department, it is happening for the final year students. Most of the placements are going to the final year students from off-campus because of the opportunities available in and around the college due to the college being located in Bangalore city.

Satisfied because of supportive teaching staff, knowledgeable field visits, reasonable fees.

Placements: Civil engineering placements at RNSIT are decent but not outstanding. IT is not something you should choose, expecting great placements or top-tier exposure. Most people who take civil here either genuinely like the branch or didn't get other options; placements are the biggest concern. Core civil companies do come, but not in large numbers, and the packages are usually on the lower side. The average is around 3-5 LPA, and even that isn't guaranteed for everyone. A lot of students either prepare...

A good college for all the type of students who wants to pursue an engineering.

Placements: We do have a lot of placements in our college. There are regularly visiting companies like Infosys and Cognizant. They recruit a lot from this college. They teach us about the interview grounds, and also they will call teachers from outside to teach us, for example, Bizotic and Seventh Sense.

RNSIT is a good college if students want to join the B.Tech course.

Placements: Placements are good. Most of us get placed. Training is given from the 6th semester, and till 8th semester, we get placed. It invites people from outside to teach us stuff about placements and how they should be done, who are professionals and have knowledge and skills.

A nice place to get to know how real world works.

Placements: In total about 70 percent of my batch have received a placement in companies. The highest package offered in my batch is 20 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA in the ECE course. Almost everyone has received an internship with or without a stipend. The top roles offered are web development, software intern, HR role, and some VLSI domain internships.

Students no need to panic. They get to write improvements to which they can study well again and perform well.

But sometimes in case when improvment tests are not provided they tell you in before hand. So you need to study well. It all depends on the scenario.

If a student misses an internal exam at RNS Institute of Technology, the department may conduct a re-test if there is a valid reason and proper permission is taken. Otherwise, the internal marks may be calculated based on the remaining tests or the student may receive zero for that particular exam.
