Q:   Is MSc Nursing better than BSc Nursing?
A:

Whether an MSc Nursing is better than a BSc Nursing depends on one's career aspirations. If candidates want to work as a registered nurse and enter the workforce relatively quickly, a BSc may be sufficient.

However, if one has ambitions for advanced practice, leadership, or specialized roles within nursing, or if one has a strong interest in nursing research and education, then pursuing an MSc in nursing can be a valuable investment in one's long-term career. Ultimately, people's choices should align with their personal and professional goals.

Q:   Can pediatrics nurses become pediatrician doctors?
A:

In India, a pediatric nurse can become a paediatrician. Here are a few steps that you can follow -

  • Attending Medical School: After completing the pre medical requirements, you need to enrol in a medical school (MBBS or related course) to get a medical degree.

  • PG Training in Pediatrics: After medical school, you must undergo PG training or residency in Paediatrics.

  • Licensing and Certification: After that you need to obtain a license to practice medicine in India by clearing the licensing exams conducted by the MCI or the NBE.

It is the best choice I have ever made.
Placements: 100% of students were placed in B.Sc. nursing course. 12 LPA is the package offered in our college. You can go to any hospital of your interest, like Appollo Hospitals etc. Our college has tie-ups with more than 13 hospitals, and we can get internships. 98% of students get internships here. You can be a better nursing officer and can gain more knowledge about jobs in foreign.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. We have labs and well-furnished classrooms and smart classes. We have a very good library. Good facilities are available in the girls' hostel, and the quality of food is good. The college supports students in sports and other curricular activities.
Faculty: The teachers are very cooperative and well-qualified with Ph.D. and Masters. They have the best teaching experience, and they know how to teach students very well. Semester exams are quite difficult, and the passing percentage is about 82%. The campus environment is good. The passing rate is above average.
Other: I am very much interested in this course, and we can feel the patients. When we heal the patients, we will be the happiest that day. The salary offered in the private sector is not as much as we work. Events, awareness programs, community health programs, and surroundings are good. It is in the center of Bangalore, and the transportation system is better.
