Review of PGDM in Business Management

Placements: An active cell is built for placement guidance and to develop entrepreneurship skills. It basically charges Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 for placement training for every year. The highest salary package acquired by students is 18.6 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very constructive and well architecturally developed. CCTV cameras and security cameras are fixed in each department to monitor students, and this is managed by the higher authorities of the college. Also, speakers are fixed in every classroom to communicate emergency information.

Faculty: Results of examinations play an important role in deciding student participation in the placement process. It is better to follow guidelines of the college and teachers to lead a successful career path in the future. Overall academic results are above 95% after every semester.

Jain University CMS Business School: A Balanced Look at MBA/PGDM u2013 Placements, Facilities, and .

Placements: CMS Business School has good placement attraction. In the 2023-24 cycle, over 300 companies visited the campus. The highest package offered reached around INR 36.86 Lacs per annum, while the average package was about INR 8.61 LPA. For the top-100 offers, the average is higher (approximately INR 12.35-12.89 LPA). The placement cell appear active, with preparatory activities like resume building, mock interviews, and workshops.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are decent though on the expensive side. On-campus hostel charges for double sharing are about INR 2,15,000/year, and for 3-sharing around INR 1,80,000-1,75,000 per year. Off-campus shared rooms / PGs are cheaper, though location and amenities vary. Facilities inside hostel include furnished rooms (beds, tables, wardrobes), attached or well-maintained washrooms, Wi-Fi, 24-hour water/electricity backup, food in mess etc. Some students mention issues around food quality, hygiene or delays in maintenance.

Faculty: Campus infrastructure includes decent classrooms, library, labs, Wi-Fi, auditoriums, and campus security. The exam system is semester-based (or term wise), with internal assessment, assignments, projects plus midterm and final exams. Students report that exam loads is reasonable but some find certain exams heavy on theory rather than purely practical or application-oriented. Faculty are generally supportive; curriculum is updated with some international tie-ups, industry-relevant modules.

Other: If you are considering this programme, do visit the campus if possible, talk to current students (especially those in your intended specialisation), and factor in real living expenses. Also check if any scholarships/corporate tie-ups could reduce the financial burden.
