The overall highest and average package offered to the PGDM class of 2025 was INR 89 LPA and INR 32 LPA. Consulting sector was top recruiting sector wherein 40% of the batch received offers and the key recruiters included BCG, Accenture Strategy and Deloitte. For the PGPM program, the highest and average packages provided in placements 2024 was INR 52 LPA and INR 23.88 LPA. The median package given to the PGDM Class of 2025 was INR 30.5 LPA.

SPJIMR PGDM average package offered during placements 2025 stood at INR 32 LPA.
Over 53% of the PGDM batch received offers above INR 30 LPA whereas 90% of the batch received offers above INR 25 LPA. In addition, PPOs were bagged by 48% of the batch during placements 2025. A total of 86 companies visited the campus out of which 27 were new recruiters in the placement drive of 2025.
Consulting sector was the top recruiting sector in 2025 wherein 40% of the PGDM batch received offers from companies such as KPMG, Accenture Strategy and BCG. In the FMCG sector, 33% offers were received from top recruiters such as HUL, P&G and Marico. Moreover, from the BFSI sector, 30% offers were made by firms such as HSBC, Morgan Stanley and ICICI Prudential. The offer distribution recorded in Tech, General Management, E-Commerce and Manufacturing/Healthcare/Real Estate sectors was 36%, 15%, 10% and 6%, respectively.

Further, the highest stipend offered to the PGDM batch of 2024-26 during SPJIMR summer placements 2025 stood at INR 3.5 lakh. Further, the average and median stipend received was INR 1.56 lakh and INR 1.5 lakh, respectively.
