My college is not too good or bad. It's moderate in each thing, expect placements.

Placements: Here, the placements are moderate. The high profile companies cannot be expected in the college. Improvement is required in the placement section. The placement training is above average, but it will be improved in future I believe. The average salary is Rs. 15,000 per month as I've heard.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is well-built, and greenery surrounds the campus. There are well-equipped labs. There is a library with good collection of books. No Wi-Fi facilities are provided for the students. The research labs are good, and they help the projects for every student, irrespective of the branch.

Faculty: The faculty members are good and helpful, and they make us understand the things in a simplified and effective manner. The lecturers are highly knowledgeable. We got the good industry exposure. Most of the lecturers are the PhD holders. The basic science department offers good quality education, which is important for the future. Every year, one or two fests are held. The campus is on the outskirts of Bengaluru, and it doesn't feel safe for some people.

Other: Events in college do not frequently occur. Only one fest is conducted in a year which is known as SGI fest.

Placements: The placement for civil students is quite difficult because not many companies come here to recruit civil engineers. Very fewer companies for civil, but department always call at least 2-3 companies for the civil students. If you study well enough, you can clear an interview.

Infrastructure: It has a big campus and good green environment. The classrooms are big and have all the facilities except air conditioning. There is no Wi-Fi connection available for students. It is only available for faculty members. Subject related laboratories are available. Sports and games events are held time to time, and for once in a year Techno Sagar is held with loads of activities and sports. No medical staff or unit is available on the campus, but the hospital is nearby for emergency situations.

Faculty: The teachers are somewhat helpful to students, but they are well-qualified. They know well about the subject they are teaching. It takes time to get it out from them. There are 60 students in one class, and they are divided into half (30-30) each half of students organised and kept on track by one TG (tutor guardian). The faculty members will teach every day with precision. The course is great if you are interested in civil engineering. You should have good basics in Maths. The course and the subjects are decided by the university from which the institute is affiliated, and its RGPV (Rajiv Gandhi Proudhyogiki Vishvavidhyalaya).
