Journey of the last 4 years in a branch.
Placements: There are 80% of students placed from my batch. The highest package is 27 LPA at my college and 6 LPA in my branch. I got a 3 LPA package from a leading company in the renewable energy field. Some of my colleagues are placed in CG Power, TCS, RR Able, and other core-related companies.
Infrastructure: Our college provides the best infrastructure, facilities, and environment for study. There is a library with 30000 books and journals, labs that are fully equipped, classrooms with smart class facilities, and an auditorium. The college has a playground, a mess, a canteen, and separate hostels for boys and girls with events and fests for student activities.
Faculty: All our teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable; their teaching experience is also good. They taught us in a very friendly environment and gave us notes, question banks, project work, labs, and many other activities related to study. Our semester exams are tough, but the teachers help us in preparation.

Pre-final year at SISTec-E.
Placements: All the students here are encouraged for internships by the college and seniors as well. 100% of students got placed or got internship opportunity in the last year. The highest package of last year is 15 LPA and the average package is 4 LPA. Maximum of the students are placed as graduate trainee engineers. The top recruiting companies are SMPL, OLA electric, DHOOT, renew power, and other core companies.
Infrastructure: The labs and classrooms are well-maintained with equipment. Academic support facilities include laboratories, library, mess, canteen, medical facilities, sports, smart classrooms, and a fully Wi-Fi campus. Nine active labs are in action; Machines lab, network lab, computer lab, signal and system lab, control lab, and other many labs.
Faculty: The department has highly skilled and dedicated faculty members with a rich academic background from the best educational institutes in the country. Most of the professors here are very helpful and teach very well. The research faculty is very good. The exams are difficult; even class tests are surprise tests, but that depends on subject teachers.

My last year in the department.
Placements: In the current session, approximately 70% of students are placed, but the previous year's record is 90% of students are placed in campus drives. The top companies are Dhoot Transmission, Ola Electric, Renew Power, and some other branch companies. Maximum of the companies offered graduate trainee engineer.
Infrastructure: Academic support facilities (laboratories, library, etc.). Nine active labs are in action: Machines lab, network lab, power electronics lab, digital electronics lab, solar lab, power system lab, and other important labs are available. MATLAB is added to the training modules for student learning. Classrooms are well-organized and maintained with smart classrooms.
Faculty: The department has highly skilled and dedicated faculty members with a rich academic background from the best educational institutes in the country. Most of the professors here teach very well. The exams are difficult; even the class tests are surprise tests, but that depends on the subject teacher.

My second last year in SISTec-E.
Placements: All the students here are encouraged for internships by the college and the seniors as well. The placement cell is very active, resourceful, and organised. The placement cell always organise a programme for students and the HR of the companies are the host of programme that help the students to get job opportunities. Many of the students are placed in last semester. The highest package is 12LPA offered by power teach and the average package is 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is nine active labs for students (like analog electronics lab, machines lab, network lab, EMMI lab, power electronics lab, computer lab, solar lab and etc. ). The labs and classrooms are well maintained and the classrooms and labs are under CCTV camera even the hall and library are also under CCTV camera.
Faculty: The department has highly skilled and dedicated faculty members with a rich academic background from the best educational institute of the country. The teaching learning-process is seamlessly supported by a large number of industry oriented modules. The exam are difficult even the class tests are surprise test but that depends on the subject teacher.

Placements: The placement cell demonstrates exceptional efficiency and organization. Last semester witnessed a highly successful placement season, with numerous students securing placements. Within my branch, the highest package offered stands at 12 LPA, while the average package amounts to 3 LPA. Renowned companies such as Ola, Power Teach, Infosys, and several core companies actively recruit from our institution.
Infrastructure: The labs and classrooms are kept in good condition, although a majority of them are monitored by cameras. The labs include the power system lab, power electronics lab, machines lab, EEMI lab, solar lab, and more. The library is fully equipped and has a wide range of books, including journals, with a collection of approximately 30,000 items in close proximity.
Faculty: Most of the professors are very helpful and teach very well. The research faculty are also very good. Though the administration can be better, the exams are difficult. Even the class tests are surprise tests, but that depends on the subject teacher. Most of the teachers provide notes.

My life at SISTec-E in electrical department.
Placements: Maximum number of (100%) students are placed of our course in campus drive. The highest package of our course is 12 LPA and the lowest package of our course is 2 LPA. The average package of our course is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are like Dhoot transmission, zensar, renew power, ola electric, SMPL, Wipro, and other core companies. If any students is interested in internship department provide him/her opportunities but maximum students wants to do job. The roles offered by companies is graduate trainee engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of campus is spread over 12 acres. The facilities are available here for students are like auditorium, conference hall, interview room, library, labs, smart classrooms, hostel, mesh, canteen, sports ground, seminar hall, and other too many facilities are available for students. The quality of mesh is good, fresh and hygienic food and of foods. Our library has 30000+ books and national and international journal.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their way of teaching is outstanding. The course curriculum is to industries, they gives training us as industry requirements. The exams are difficult even class test are surprise test but it depends on subject teachers.

Life at SISTec-E as a B.Tech student.
Placements: Around 90% of students got placed in electrical engineering of our college. But you can get placed only if you are capable achieving it. The highest package is around 12 LPA and the lowest package is around 2-3 LPA. Our top recruiters are like zensar, renew power, ola electric and other core companies.
Infrastructure: The college is made in around 12-13 acres. Our labs and classrooms are well maintained and fully equipped. There is labs are available for students are computer lab, machines lab, solar lab, project lab, network lab, electrical measurement lab, power electronics lab.
Faculty: Most of the faculty are well educated and qualified, the way of teaching are impressive. They very helpful and resourceful for us. Our course curriculum is relevant to our industrial training even we go to industrial visits after every semester. The exams are difficult but from the help of faculty it becomes easy. Class test are surprise test but that depend on subject teacher.

My three years in my department.
Placements: The placement cell is very active and resourceful. Last year placement season was very good many students placed in dhoot, Tudip and many went in off campus. The highest paying recruiter was value labs at 27 LPA. The highest package of electrical engineering was 12 LAP and average package is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus of our college is spread over 13 acres area in ratibad. The labs and classrooms are well maintained. The hostel alloted for students are good. Hostel has good Wi-Fi speed 24*7 and also the food given in hostel is fresh, hygienic, the library of our college has above 30000 of books and national and international journal.
Faculty: Most of the professors here are very helpful and teach well. The subject professors are very good. Their way of teaching is very good, though the administration can be better. The exams are difficult, even the class tests are surprise tests but that depends on subject teachers .
