SPCE Mumbai BTech Admission Minimum Eligibility Criteria 2022
To be eligible for admissions to BTech programmes at SPCE Mumbai, aspirants should adhere to the eligibility criteria mentioned below.
- Aspirants must have passed Class 12th with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology as mandatory subjects.
- Aspirants must have secured minimum 50% marks in mandatory subjects (45% marks for candidates belongs to backward class categories and persons with disability of Maharashtra state).
Candidates also need to comply with the eligibility criteria stated by DTE.

(a) For First Year-Candidates passing SSC and/or HSC Examination from a recognised institution located in a disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area or from Maharashtra, residing in the disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area and whose Mother tongue is Marathi. |
Candidate shall be considered for the Outside Home University or State Level Seats. |
B. All India Candidature: The Candidates having Indian Nationality are eligible under this Category.
C. Minority Candidature: The Maharashtra domiciled Candidate belonging to a particular Linguistic or Religious Minority Community from within the State and as notified by the Government are eligible under this Category.
SPCE Mumbai BTech Admission and Selection Process 2022
Admissions to SPCE’s BTech programmes is done on the basis of the marks acquired in MHCET, conducted by DTE Maharashtra. The institute also accepts JEE Main scores and ranks for admissions.
Eligible aspirants are also required to attend the counselling process conducted by DTE.
