SITAM- Average EAMCET College.
Placements: 20 percent of students were placed in a mechanical course. The highest package offered is 4LPA. The lowest package is 1.5 LPA. Wipro, Infosys, and TCS are the top companies that recruited mechanical engineering students. 5 percent of students got internships from our mechanical course. The top roles offered in our mechanical course are junior software developers.
Infrastructure: SITAM College provides facilities like a library and Wi-Fi to every branch. But the library is very old; no new books were added recently. Wi-Fi is only available in labs. Students cannot use free Wi-Fi. Classrooms are comfortable. The hostel's facilities are comfortable and hygienic. Room maintenance is very clean. Mess facilities are tasty sometimes, but repeated dishes are served. The canteen is also available on college premises. Medical facilities like ambulances and first aid are available at the college. Sports are also given importance. SITAM has a ground for sports. But the maintenance of the ground is bad.
Faculty: Qualified teachers are available. The teaching quality is good. The mechanical course curriculum involves a placement program in the 3rd year, which makes the industry ready. But even mechanical students are also given training on coding languages, irrespective of their own industry. The semester exams are not too difficult or too easy. The percentage is 40 percent.
Other: I chose this mechanical course because I got a seat in EAMCET counseling. The best things in our course are teachers. Placements should improve over time. Events and festivals like freshmen, annual day, and farewell happen yearly.

Our college provides good infrastructure.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. The average salary package offered was 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were TCS and Wipro. Around 60% of students got internships at TCS. Top roles were offered in the mechanical and computer engineering courses.
Infrastructure: Our college atmosphere was very good. Our campus was greenery all around. The playground was available in our college. Hostels were better. Around 4 students can be accommodated easily in each hostel room. Every day, the menu was changed. The library was available in our college. It had several books.
Faculty: Faculty members were well-trained. They were friendly, well-educated, and supportive. The teaching quality was very good so we can understand easily. The pass percentage was 75%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. The best thing about this course was that we could find many jobs.

I am satisfied because of our college environment and good placements.
Placements: Our college is showing excellence in placements. Mechanical engineering students also get a chance to get a core job, if they don't have an interest in the IT sector. The highest package offered is 10 LPA, and the minimum package offered is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata Steel, Laursen and Turbo etc.
Infrastructure: We have a library, a hostel, a canteen, and advanced classrooms with projectors. The hostel facilities are awesome, and food is the main thing that we have to talk about. There is a large playground to play various games like cricket, volleyball, football, etc. NCC and NSS programs are conducted on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and determined. They are highly qualified and friendly. The curriculum is very informative and practical. Semester exams are conducted strictly, and the pass percentage is quite low.
Other: The fest and science fair programs are conducted on campus. I want to say that my college life at SITAM is memorable.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with placements and pass percentage.
Placements: There are very few chances of getting placements in this college. Companies do not show any interest in conducting campus drives here, and the college doesn't take any action on this issue. They only focus on new admissions with fake videos by showing it is the best in placements and infrastructure.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very bad. Labs are in bad condition. Even one machine doesn't work, but they are attracting people by making fake publicity, showing the best infrastructure. The hostel is the worst because no Wi-Fi is available. We can't find signal for any network.
Faculty: The teachers do not have a minimum qualification. The management appoints teachers who are coming for less salary, and due to this, students suffer from poor teaching quality, and they are also rude. They will not clarify single doubt of students.

SITAM college student problems.
Placements: The college has no placement opportunities. The worst for placements is, it is a college integrated to Gayatri Vidya Parishad. TCS, Wipro takes placements at other, but this college sends candidate to Gayatri Vidya Parishad for placements, but there are very fewer chances for this college students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The environment is good at the college. The laboratories of our mechanical engineering were good and best up to me. Our college infrastructure is still in little construction since it is a newly started college and I was the 3rd batch to leave the college.
Faculty: The faculty members are not corporative with the students. The faculty members hold an M.Tech degree, and they play with the student life with the internals and lab marks, so many of our students like me suffer due to lack of percentages in the final year. They even fail the students in the labs. As far I concern, the faculty are worst.
Other: The campus SITAM is connected to Gayatri Vidya Parishad, and fest of technical and cultural are good, but academics is not a correct choice for students.

A good college, but needs improvement.
Placements: For our seniors, there were good placements and I don't know about the salary, but the companies like TCS were conducting campus interviews. It's a good thing and some three other companies are also conducting campus interviews. There was also giving campus recruitment training and preparing for campus interviews.
Infrastructure: The college building is very spacious and the classes were also spacious. The library was good enough to study. There were no sports and games, and there is no Wi-Fi facility in the campus. There was a big ground but they do not use it. The road to the college was the worst road, full of sand and stones, and is even not fit for walking.
Faculty: The faculty were good and the course curriculum is also good. The management provided a good faculty as per as my concern. They were friendly and also attentive in teaching the subject. They also will relate the lesson to the situations in the environment and give us good examples.
Other: Events and fests are conducted, other things were good.

Imagination of college life is very easy but pursuing the degree is very hard to face the semesters.
Placements: 50 percent of students were selected with an 18k per month salary. And normal companies are offered no other big companies and the salary was very low and they placed in other states and that was disappointing to us because of the low salary and the minimum package of my college is 2 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure by the college but small space of ground and if rainy season water is stocked in the building which will be removed by sleepers. The building was good but small building in my district and the hostel is good and the washrooms are also good at the hostel.
Faculty: The faculty are friendly with us and they are well-educated and knowledgeable persons and exams are conducted very strictly and they teach us very well and we will discuss with them and gather knowledge on that topic and exams are held by another university.

The best college and worth the money paid.
Placements: The highest package is 6 lakh per annum and the lowest package is 1.9 lakh per annum in my course. TCS and Amazon recruit the students. Students got internships from Mahindra tractors, APSRTC, etc.
Infrastructure: The best facilities and is provided in the Mechanical branch. The labs are spacious to do every experiment. The classrooms are large and every classroom has a projector. We have one of the best central libraries with a lot of books, magazines, and newspapers
Faculty: Every teacher is highly qualified and friendly. They teach using live examples and with the help of projectors. The teaching quality is the best. Industrial visits are organized every year branch wise.
Other: Every 6 months we do mini projects in our branch. There is an event every week. The campus crowd is nearly 5000 members. The campus surroundings are full of greenery. In every semester the topper of the branch is given a scholarship. Every festival is celebrated and various extracurricular activities are there.
