Thank you for giving me this opportunity.

Placements: The students only get placement after M.Sc. There is no option for a B.Sc. student's placement. The maximum package of an M.Sc. student would be 10-12 LPA. B.Tech students get placement after the course. Most companies like Bisleri, whirlpool, Amazon, Flipkart etc come for the placement.

Infrastructure: Free Transport provided by the campus, for faculty and students. Wi-Fi is available in every department. The library is available with various books of courses and competitive exams. The college canteen is available. The food is awesome. Hostel mess is available, dispensary is also available.

Faculty: Teachers are not very helpful, they take their lectures and most of the teachers don't even complete their syllabus. Although semester exams are not that tough, markings are based on grades A, B, and C. Practical's are taken by department teachers, and no external comes.

Other: Biotechnology is a supreme course, and the best thing about it is all the work is practical and lab work, Labs should provide PCR ELISA machines.

I'm satisfied with faculty but not satisfied with placements.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are not good so students have to find placements and internships off-campus. Best and deserving students get placed in reputed companies with good salary packages. Our college does not provide internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are large and spacious but projectors are not available. Labs are not up to date and lack many instruments and apparatus. Library lacks in books. Hostel facility is good and affordable. Food served in the mess is tasty. Wi-Fi is provided in the hostel.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified, very helpful, and encourage students. They help students in solving problems and give the best advice about the future. The course curriculum is not relevant.

Other: I chose this course because of its vast scope and very good opportunities. It is the best college but placements should be increased.

Dissatisfied because of placements in 2018. There are no extracurricular activities.

Placements: There are no placement opportunities for B.Sc. biotechnology students and for M.Sc. biotechnology students. They are provided only if a student scores more than 80% in academics. If some students get placed somewhere, they are not offered a salary of more than Rs. 14,000 per month. None of the companies visited our campus for placements, mainly in our building. They don't provide or conduct any internships. We have to do internships on our own.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good like other good colleges. Buildings are clean and in good conditions. The library and classrooms are good. Some labs are good and have all the chemicals and utensils, but some are not. Medical facilities, sports and games are available on the campus. State level competitions are held in badminton, football, and volleyball, etc. The quality of the food served some of the outlets in the canteen is good. Mainly fast-food is available, and vegetarian food is served in some of the outlets. Quality is okay, but there is no hygiene. Hostels are good. Rooms are good, but the bathrooms are in very bad condition. All the mosquitos are flying around the sheath, and lizard and other insects are also there. The quality of food served in the mess is the worst. It has no taste, and sometimes we find insects in food or vegetables. Overall there is no hygeine.

Faculty: All teachers in our department are very helpful, qualified, and knowledge. The quality of teaching was good. Some of our teachers are qualified from IIT Roorkee and have much knowledge. They use blackboard and oral lecture for teaching. We didn't get any industry exposure. Our course B.Sc. in biotechnology is a good course.

Other: Events are conducted only once a year or sometimes. There are an annual sports week and annual function conducted every year. Only some of the students participated in sports week or annual function. There are scholarship facilities for SC/ST and OBC students, not for general students.

It's a good college with good facility but average placement .

Placements: The placement rate is average here because fewer companies visit. In my department, about 60% get placed at 5 LPA. Many companies do come for placements, but the average number of students gets placed is not much. Most placements are for educator or other roles. .

Infrastructure: E erything is included, including Wi-Fi, which is free. The classrooms have projectors for better understanding, and there is a library with all the required books. Good quality of food, a good bed, a program, 2 almiras, and 2 study tables. Good medical facilities and games are also available.

Faculty: Most of them have done Ph.D. and have a good amount of knowledge, and they are very helpful. It does prepare them for industry work as it provides practical knowledge and requires attendance in all labs. They also provide internships. They are accommodating if you study enough.

Other: I wanted to pursue this as I have kept this as my backup plan. It's interesting to learn about Biotechnology. More practical knowledge and the use of AI can improve the learning experience. No events occur on a regular basis; they only happen in the even semester. The crowd is large, and most are local. Scholarships are given based on your percentage in class 12.

This is a good college though.

Placements: The highest package offered by my specialisation is around Rs 50000 and the average and the lowest package is around Rs 15000 to 20000. There are many top recruiting companies that usually come for placement. The top roles offered by the course are Biotechnologist, Food technologist, Microbiologist etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided by this college are very good. Wi-Fi, Labs, Classrooms, and Library all are very satisfying and really very good. The canteen food is also good and sports facilities are also provided over here. Medical facilities are also provided to students.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course is curriculum relevant and it makes students industry ready. The passing percentage is around 50%. The semester exams are just average.
