It is an amazing place to study.

Placements: Placements at UPES are great. In my batch, almost 90% of students who enrolled to sit for placement got placed. The average package is 3 LPA in decent companies. Many top companies come to the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies such as Accenture, E&Y, Amazon, Aditya Birla Group, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great. I lived in the campus hostel for 2 years, and rooms are good. The food is well-prepared and delicious. Cleanliness is well-maintained. Wardens are also good. The library area is excellent with good reading space and all amenities. Wi-Fi works amazingly. Classrooms, playgrounds, and everything is good here.

Faculty: Professors are supportive and good in their fields. Most of them are from IITs and IIMs which brings them a lot of knowledge. They are very helpful. Exams vary based on subjects, and some are easy and some are difficult. It has the best faculty members ever.

Other: I chose this course because BBA is a rare field especially when we want to put ourselves in the business world, especially marketing which is base of any business. I would rate 10 out of 10 the course taught in UPES with a lot of practical learning and field exposure.

Review of School of Business, UPES.

Placements: UPES has various industrial connections, which provide students with numerous opportunities. UPES also provides career counseling and training, preparing students for their corporate lives. The highest package in the School of Business is 29 LPA.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is personally my favorite at UPES; the facilities here are top-class. It's been 2 years, and still, I have no complaints. The hostel is student-friendly, and the food here is just like home. The campus is green and beautiful, with vibes that are very positive, giving students a great environment to study in.

Faculty: Faculty are very welcoming and friendly; they are well-educated and help students with their studies. The curriculum is comparatively easier, and there is less pressure. There is a lot of freedom, which allows you to work on your growth and explore whatever field you want.

Other: Social life at UPES is amazing. There isn't a month when something is not happening at UPES; it is full of fests, events, and activities. The campus location is very peaceful, and no other campus has a mountain view like UPES.

It is a very good college.

Placements: Placements are decent. Around 85% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, EY, KPMG, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Hostel is better. Our campus is beautiful. Classrooms are well-maintained. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Warden is very helpful.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are good. They also provide practical knowledge to students.

I am satisfied with faculty members and infrastructure of our college.

Placements: About 75% of students got placed in 2021 according to the college record. The highest salary package offered was 30 LPA and the lowest salary offered was Rs.15000 per month. About 40% of students got internships at very nice and reputed companies. If you work hard then you'll succeed in life. Top recruiters are Amazon, Dell, etc. Marketing executive is the top role offered.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is nice and well maintained. Canteen food is nice and affordable. Medical facilities are excellent. Sports and games are also excellent. One can take admission if they wish for it. It is one of Uttrakhand's top-ranking universities.

Faculty: In our college, teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality also gets a good grade from my side. The course contains vast knowledge and challenges to face the real world and be industry-ready. Exams are quite difficult but not much. The passing percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this course because I had an interest in the business sector, especially in marketing. You can get to learn how the market actually works. Nothing has to improve. Everything is good.

I was satisfied with faculty quality but fees was quite high.

Placements: About 60% of students were placed in our batch. Some students took off-campus placements. Some joined their family businesses. But overall, the options were available to the students. Many companies were there to recruit students. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters were Logistics Company, Edutech, and sales companies. Many roles in marketing sector were offered. Mostly, startup companies recruited students from the BBA courses. About 100% of students got internships. At oil and gas companies, all the students got internships in the college although many students chose to go on their own for internships. But the internships were not paid and have to manage the expense from the student side only.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good but the infrastructure for B.Tech and design is much better. The School of Business had a smaller campus but the classrooms were well managed. The campus was lush green with many beautiful views. Wi-Fi facilities were quite good. The students get a portal that works quite well. Hostels were differentiated on a gender basis. The hostel facilities and the food were good but became monotonous with time. Restrictions were there from the evening as the college is surrounded by forest. The medical facilities were good. There was a qualified doctor who sits regularly on campus.

Faculty: In our college, teachers were very well-qualified and knowledgeable with lot of industrial experience. They were friendly and will help students in every aspect they can. They had a lot of knowledge and experience which helped students to grow in their college years. The course was good. This course adds interpersonal skills to students which help them in their careers. The subjects were quite relevent. But the study load was quite less. More subjects could be included to make the course a bit rigorous. The subjects seemed quite simple for the students. Semester exams were quite simple. Around 90% of students got passed every time. Getting above 7 pointer is quite easy.
