It is an average college.

Placements: Our college provides good placements for our course. The average salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. If you put in the effort, then you will easily get a salary package of 8 LPA - 9 LPA. If you are good at your studies, then you will get a salary package of 25 LPA - 50 LPA.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are better than other hostels. The food served in the hostel is good. Our classrooms are not good, but the other classrooms are good.

Faculty: Exams are moderately difficult. You can score marks if you submit the assignments and quizzes regularly. The exam questions are mostly asked from study materials which are provided by faculty members and mentors. Around 75% of attendance is mandatory in exams.

The faculty is not worth the money you are spending.

Placements: Above 90% students get placed with an average package of about 4-5 LPA. No company has come yet for my batch. Other than CSE branch, the placements are not much good. Very few companies visit the college. The highest package for my batch is 12 LPA.

Infrastructure: The campus has good infrastructure but hostel mess is bad. The classes, ACs and Wi-Fi works well in the classes. But everything in the hostel is bad. Wi-Fi is also bad. Most of the ACs including old ones don't work. Mess food is not worth what we pay.

Faculty: In the first year, teachers teach us but for the rest of the years, we teach on our own. The teachers make it very difficult to get internship from outside. You have to maintain 75 percent attendance. Even if you are placed, you will still have to come for your midterm exams.

Review of School of Engineering and Technology (SET), Sharda University.

Placements: Placements are average in our college. The salary package offered is 48 LPA off-campus and 10 LPA on-campus. The average salary package offered is 5.6 LPA for B.Tech CSE. Many students try off-campus to do better, but on-campus placements are also good if they want a decent start.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Sometimes, the Wi-Fi connection will be slow. The hostel is fine, but rooms are small for the number of students. The food served in the hostel mess is fine. Laboratories are under renovation and will be better than before.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They do not bother students. Many teachers help students with academics and other things like further studies or research work. Teachers give grades to students. They will not bother you with quizzes and multiple assignments.

Overall dissatisfied with the University's credibility.

Placements: Placements in Sharda University are fine. The highest package goes over 10 LPA in CSE, and the average might be somewhere near 3 LPA. There are initiatives for internships during the third year, and if you're well versed in coding, you might actually get a good job.

Infrastructure: It's a big campus, with lots of departments, a hospital, grounds, recreational infra and restaurants inside and outside both. The labs and classrooms are satisfactory, and it truly is a world in its own walls. It's situated in a relatively desolate area of the knowledge park, but is well connected to the nearest bus stops and metro stations.

Faculty: The curriculum is good. But the teachers are not up to the mark. There are some teachers liin college who are actually interested in teaching and are professional. As for the students being industry ready, it really depends upon the student himself/herself.

Other: There are many things that could be improved, ranging from the university asking money for every single thing to the faculty's passion towards teaching new things. There are many events though, and if you're looking for a satisfactory college life, Sharda would provide you with one.

Satisfied with Sharda University.

Placements: Most of the students were placed in CSE branch last year. Some companies like BYJU's offered some great packages. One students GOT a package of around 15 LPA. The average package is around 3-4.5 LPA for CSE. They get jobs as computer engineers and programmers. Almost all students get summer internship due to help from the placement cell.

Infrastructure: The university provides all facilities like hostel, fast food, Wi-Fi, shopping Mart, gym, etc. There is also Sharda hospital attached to it. There are all kinds of labs and clubs. There are Hostels for boys and girls. The hostels are very clean and the quality of food is just okay type.

Faculty: The teachers are very good and help us. They teach the topics very clearly and easy way. They are all Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum is related to industry. But in first year of B.Tech we are taught courses like physics, chemistry which are not needed. Otherwise every subject is necessary.
