Absolutely satisfied with the faculty members and facilities.

Placements: BAMS course is available. Faculty members are good. Hospital is good. After completing the course, you can work there or join any hospital as per your choice. You can practice as a doctor or lecturer or both as you want and you can. You can practice as a doctor and also a lecturer.

Infrastructure: Labs and library are good. There is a canteen within the campus. Hostel rooms and food are very clean and good. Hygienic food is available in the mess. The library is good, and you can sit there and study. There are many course books available in the library. Digital classrooms are available, with air-conditioning facilities.

Faculty: 50% is the pass percentage. If you are a regular student and spend 2-3 hours studying, then you can easily pass. Listen to teachers and follow them, and you can also take help from seniors. They will guide you the best and provide you with notes.

Other: After doing B.A.M.S., you can practice as a doctor.

Here is the most honest review from a first-year student of SLN Ayurvedic College, Amritsar.

Placements: Okay, so our college is average, so don’t expect too much. Placements are at an average level.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi sometimes works, sometimes it doesn’t. Our college library is really good, it is the best place for studying and everything. Classrooms infrastructure is not that great, but most B.A.M.S. colleges in Punjab are like this. Hostels food is not that great, but the hostel has good facilities. Sports and games facilities are actually good, and sports meets are conducted every year. There are not many facilities, but most of the basic ones are available. Extracurricular activities like sports are available.

Faculty: Teachers are okayish, some teachers are really great and teach well. I am a first-year student, so I do not really know if they make students industry-ready, but I know that studies are good. The semester exam levels are moderate. The pass percentage in medical professions is 50%. Some teachers are really good, while some are not that great.

Other: This course is going to be good in the future because Ayurveda is loved by many people in our society right now, and people will start to believe in Ayurveda again. I wish the college’s infrastructure and teachers were better so that this degree would not be so underrated. Colleges are short of funds in most places, so the government should help Ayurvedic doctors and colleges to improve this branch of Ayurveda. If I talk about fests in our college, they rarely happen, there is no crowd, just the medical students. The society in this college is a bit judgmental, otherwise, the college is great for the degree. If you want to join, you can go for this college with NEET marks just above your cutoff. College facilities are not always available, but for studies, you have to prefer online methods anyway, so it’s not a big deal.

This is the best college of ayurveda in Amritsar .

Placements: As our college has its own hospital so this is the best opportunity for internship students. They do not have to suffer a lot for hospitals. There are separate departments of surgery, panchkarma, parsiti tantra avum obs. So students can practice in tier own hospital.

Infrastructure: There is library in our college. Labs are provided. No Wi-Fi is provided for students. As hostel is not included in college, hostel is far away from college. That is in hospital area. Hostel canteen is good. Medical facilities are good in college.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful they are much qualified they all are MD. The course is curriculum relevant its makes the students industry ready There is difficulty of sholkas only, so ayurvedic study is little bit difficult Pass percentage is 95.

Other: The best thing in course is that they provide hospital facilities in college. The better point is the teaching staff. Events like dhanvantri function, scholarship facilities are there.

Very much satisfied as I enjoyed my study in college with my batch mates.

Placements: There was a batch of 50 students in our course. The degree we get from this is BAMS. Whereas the study matters that was based on Ayurveda alongside a competitive study of Modern Science. The students get recruitment in hospital, however some of them opened their own clinics too. The top role offered was of a physician.

Infrastructure: The college has a clinical laboratory as well as different facilities for Ayurvedic physiotherapy. The library has a very good collection of books for reference purposes. The hostel facility is not up to the mark. You need accommodation at nearby room providers as PG. So you have to manage food on your own.

Faculty: The teachers are no doubt very competent. They give their input so well. Very helpful to the students. So undoubtedly the quality of teaching is very high. The course curriculum is very much relevant as it has been divided into proper semester so that a student get the maximum from it.

Other: There are some study tours for better study in pharmacology. As well as the manufacturing unit is also available to show the procedure for some medicine manufacturing. There is improvement needed in the availability of the infrastructure near to the town so that everyone can reach easily.
