Review of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Most of the students studying at the college got placed at well-reputed companies. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys and Wipro gave placements to students. Many companies offered internships along with good stipends. The median salary offered varies for different branches, but placements are offered for sure.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities were available and facilities like attached and non-attached washrooms were available. Labs were well-equipped, and the software was up-to-date. A Wi-Fi facility was available within the campus as well as in the hostel. The food provided was also up to standard.
Faculty: Our faculty members were very friendly and cooperative in every way. The syllabus was taught in a very interactive manner. Exams were held almost every month, and practical-based questions were asked in exams. The syllabus was updated and various new and upcoming fields were also taught by faculty members even though those subjects might not be on the syllabus.
Other: The crowd was very lively in our college. The fest of the college was one of the main attractions and students from various regions came in to attend the fest.

Competition, team work and hard work, this is the motto of our college.
Placements: The placements of our college are good, but mostly, IT companies came to hire students. The placements for non-IT students were also available, but it is less compared to others. Although, the training was the best to attend pool campus placements. Our college has MOU with other industries and companies for our better placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great in our college. There is full of greenery, and cool atmosphere available on our campus. The labs and classrooms were also nice. Facilities provided in our college are nice. WiFi, medical facilities, etc., are available. The library resources are sufficient for our college students, and everything we want is available here. At the top, hostel and mess facilities are very good, and we get clean and hygienic food every day.
Faculty: In our department, most of the faculty did PhD from reputed colleges. Our branch curriculum is also nice, and we are improving our curriculum similar to NITK. We will get training programs with regular industrial visits. We also get knowledge of day to day problems. Our department labs are fully equipped with required instruments for our projects.
Other: In our college, we conducted two fests. One is intra-college fest, known as Fiesta, and the other is inter-college fest, which is national level techno-cultural fest, known as Insignia. Many other small events were conducted on OU campus.

Hi there!
For getting ECE branch in SDMCET, Dharwad, the cut-off will be around 25,000 for first round and for second round the rank cutoff goes upto 30,000-31,000, if you have got better rank than this than you can easily get Ece branch in SDM College, Dharwad.
