A college with all the things and with lots of greenery.
Placements: All the students offered good roles in SDMCET, some like circuit designers, software developers and many more, and all my seniors got placed in good companies with good roles and better roles at the young ages and some got placed in IT companies.
Infrastructure: All facilities are very interested in teaching students and they are making us more confident in the subjects they are handling and they convey the concepts in a very easy way. In SDMCET, we have well-equipped classrooms and a library too. We also have a good-speed Wi-Fi connection and the hostel food is amazing. The hostel has good rooms and we have all sports events in the college and all the equipment required for playing. We also have good medical facilities at the college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified in SDMCET; we will get a greater number of Ph.D. holders in my department or course and the majority of teachers have experience spanning more than 14 to 15 years. Teaching quality is very good and better.
100% of the course curriculum is relevant to the course. All teachers are making their efforts to make the students industry-ready; they are getting success in that and my semester exams are not too difficult; they are quite easy for me because my teacher's teaching method is like that and the passing percentage was above 80% in the last semester.
Other: I had chosen this course because my interest was in building systems that are related to electrical and electronics. The best thing about this course is that we can control air pollution by building electrical vehicles, and we can build new systems for the nation.
The thing I wish to be better at or improve on is learning computer languages.
Events will be conducted in good numbers at my college.
We have Fest-a, insignia-like events in SDMCET.
They are very interested in conducting extracurricular activities but I am not interested in them.
I got an INR 20,000 scholarship.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: Around 75-80% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 40 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Continental, BENZ, TCS, Dell, Tata, Elxsi, and Cognizant.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. It is Wi-Fi enabled. The library is available in our college. The hostel facilities are the best. Our classrooms are equipped with projectors. The syllabus is updated. The staff members are good. They have updated the subjects required for the placements.
Faculty: You must pay the fee accordingly if you have joined through the government quota. You have to pay a different fee if you are from the management quota. The difficulty level of semesters varies depending on the branch. The branches of CSE, ISE, ECE, and EEE are unique.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. Many events and fests are held in our college.

Our college is good with 50% placements.
Placements: Placements are good. Above 50% of the final-year students got placed. Most of the companies are IT-based, and only a few core companies come. You have to learn coding to get placed in companies.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good and near to our college campus. Meals are average. The hostel has a Wi-Fi facility for only laptops. Hostel infrastructure is good. Maximum 3 students are allotted in a room. The hostel fee is about Rs. 40,000, including food. The hostel has a small playground. Library facilities are available with two weeks book borrow period for students.
Faculty: In our college, exams are very strict and standard. Curriculum activities are happening in our college like quizzes, essay writing and cricket.
Other: Our college is good for studying. The sports room is also available here.

Good Infrastructure and faculty members, college should focus on placements for core branches.
Placements: Placements are not good for Electrical and Electronics Engineering and other core branches very few core companies visit the campus for placements every year. Most of the students gets placed in the IT Companies such as Accenture, TCS, WIPRO etc. In circuit branches approximately 80% of the students gets placed every year.
Infrastructure: College Infrastructure is good and is spread among a big area. Hostel mess doesn't serves good food. Medical Facilities area available for the students on the go. Canteen is good, there are 2 canteens and 4 hostels in college. Rooms are provided on triple or dual sharing basis to students.
Faculty: Old faculty members of EEE are really good however many of the new faculty members are not upto the mark. Teachers are somewhat helpful and knowledgeable as well. The course curriculum is not that relevant and it should be updated now to meet the industry standards.

Placements: Excellent placements.
75% of 2015 batch students got placed
A good package is provided to the students.
Still, they need to increase the placement percentage.
Enough IT companies to come for campus selections. The number of core companies needs to be increased. Good training sessions for placements are provided to students to make students capable to get into the corporate world. Outside, the best faculty members are hired for placement training.
Infrastructure: An excellent infrastructure which has the best library, hostels, the best lecture halls, a mess and the best playground. The best quality labs with the best, hygienic food. Cool canteens and good medical facilities at SDM Hospital.
The best hostel Life. I didn't face any issues during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: Friendly faculty members.
We get industry exposure.
Experienced faculty members with excellent knowledge.
Supportive lecturers.
Involved in good practical understanding with theory methodology. Effective teaching makes students understand the concepts. It has the best faculty members with good knowledge. Guest faculty members are invited to fill the gap between university and corporate sectors. We can see the well-cultured teacher-student environment.
