Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology & Science (SGSITS) is Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) constituent institute. SGSITS offers UG and PG level across the streams of Engineering, Technology and Medicine & Health Science. SGSITS admission is entrance-based for flagship courses, such as BTech and MBA. Admission to the BTech programme at SGSITS is based on the scores secured in the JEE Main exam. Whereas, admission to the MBA programmes needs the candidates to have CMAT scores. SGSITS also provides BTech and MTech programmes for working professionals.
SGSITS Admission 2025: Eligibility & Selection Criteria
SGSITS offers nine specialisations in the BE programme. Admission to this programme is based on JEE Main score followed by two state-level counselling rounds conducted by DTE. For seat allotment, the institute also further conducts a counselling round. SGSITS provides online programmes and programmes in Engineering for working professionals. Step 1: SGSITS Application Process 2025
SGSITS admission process 2025 starts with the application process. Candidates can download the application process from the university's official website. The duly filled application form has to be sent either through post or submitted in person at the concerned department at SGSITS. However, the application and entrance test fee will be paid online and candidates have to attach the pay slip along with the two copies of the online bank challan with the application form.
Step 2: Selection Rounds
Admission to all the PG and UG courses at SGSITS is entrance-based. Candidates have to qualify for either university-level or state-level entrance exams such as JEE Main and CMAT for the selection of respective courses.
Step 3: Merit List Release & Counselling
After the completion of all the selection rounds, candidates have to appear for the counselling process for the respective courses. Later on, the university will release the merit list in various rounds of the selected candidates. Students who find their names on the merit list need to pay a certain amount of fee to secure their seats.

The SGSITS Indore offers specializations in Management of Business Studies and Hospital Administration, each with an intake of 60 students. Candidates wishing to join MBA programs in SGSITS Indore have to possess a Bachelor's degree with at least three years duration and an aggregate score of 50% from an UGC/AICTE-approved Indian or foreign university recognised by AIU.
