Shri Ram Institute, Jabalpur is known for its disciplined academics.
Placements: In my batch ( 2021-25) 75% of students from the mechanical engineering branch were selected for different companies some are core companies and some are for sales. The highest package is 7.2 LPA 2.5 LPA and 3.7 LPA are the lowest and average salaries respectively. Top Recruiting companies in the mechanical course are Megha Infrastructure, Rashmi Groups, Vishwaraj Group, and AGI.
Infrastructure: For mechanical engineering, we have a separate workshop where almost all machines are available regarding milling forging, testing, and CNC which are good working conditions. The study room is also big and has 2 AC and computer labs for computer design are also available. The canteen is very big and you will get whatever you want to eat, healthy home-made food, fast food, drinks and much more.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful they always guide us on how to crack University exams as well as prepare us to crack government exams like GATE SSB and more The demand for mechanical engineers from the design and manufacturing sector is rapidly increasing so the course curriculum is fully relevant. The semester exam is not very difficult if you solve the past 5 question papers you can easily get above 7 CGPA which is suitable to get centered into any company.
Other: Competition in this course is very low and you can get high high-paying job easily by just focusing on what you want to do from day 1 of college I'll introduce new topics to study. The event and fest are introduced every year and the college will organise hackathons my college also provides scholarships and sports activities with NCC.
