B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2017

A lot of facilities are provided.
Placements: As per my knowledge, around 50% of students were placed in this course. The highest package offered is approximately 6 to 7 LPA, the lowest package is about 2 to 2.5 LPA and the average package is about 3 to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Genpact, Capgemini, TTEC INDIA & more. Around 80% of the students got internship from this courses & the companies can vary or it depend on the company and the candidates who applied for it. Roles can be System Engineer, Substation incharge.
Infrastructure: College campus have Wi-Fi facility, the labs helped us a lot in implementing the theoretical knowledge. Labs are well-equipped with all the instruments. Separate college library is there with variety of books, previous year questions bank, newspaper stand, computers for learning separately. As heard from the roomies, the warden is strict, but everyone likes that its like mother & father who takes care of us, even after the fight. The canteen was awesome & the medical facilities as well. Even a separate hospital was under construction inside the college campus which is now registered.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, the way they makes us learn is fantastic. They don't do partiality with the people from English medium Hindi medium. They help everyone grow together. Just like school in the initial days they made seating arrangements, so that Hindi medium people can easily take help of the peoples nearby. With the revisions & homework, it make students prepared for the exams, so that last minute fear, anxiety of paper is not there.

Among the best in our state, but need to improve very much.
Placements: Around 50% of the students were placed in our college placement drives but all of them were placed in IT jobs, nobody got placed in the mechanical, electrical or civil jobs. Placements are provided generally in the IT domain only, very few or no core companies.
Infrastructure: We have the labs for all the subjects, though only the basic equipment are present. The quality of the hostel rooms are in par with the other private colleges, mess and canteen is there along with gym area. All the basic facilities are there, but they need to upgrade their infrastructure.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but the quality of teaching is needed to improve a lot, the whole curriculum is designed just to get marks, with no focus on the learning. The extra curriculum activities are lacking in the college, with very less events happening to ensure a good learning in other fields.

It's a good campus with all facilities inside the campus like canteen, library, hostel & stationery.
Placements: The placement rate is average in our college. Salary packages offered are not very high, and a very low percentage of students get placed from here. TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc., companies visit here for campus placements. Many small companies and sales companies also visit here for campus placements.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities in our college like Wi-Fi, library, labs, sports ground, etc. There are hostels for both boys and girls inside the campus. You can get good quality food in the canteen, and there is also stationery inside the campus.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful and qualified. Their teaching quality is average, and they should slightly improve their teaching quality. The maximum number of teachers are qualified, and they have good knowledge. But some teachers are less qualified and have less knowledge about the courses.
Other: Many events are organised on our campus. Our college is located in a very good location. I think campus placements should be improved somewhat.

This is very good college by my side as I got placed from this college.
Placements: This is college is average in terms of placement as they have less campus for circuited branch but good thing is they let circuited branch sit with CS and IT students that's why I got placed in campus placement for Capgemini Company and along with it.
Infrastructure: Library is good and the variety of books they provide is good they also provide 4 library cards for a student like me, who loves to borrow a book from library and discuss with friends regarding any topic. Wi-Fi connectivity is okay not that much good .
Faculty: Faculty are very good and they helped me to understand electrical tough subjects also and in a very easy way that I can remmeber it. Our faculty was knowledgeable and qualified enough to clear all my doubts and queries. Curriculum was also relevant and up to the mark.
Other: Campus is good and having good crowd.

Good college in Bhilai. As they have the best faculty members and placement.
Placements: More than 50% students were placed, out of those some chose to go for further studies. The highest package 10LPA, and minimum I guess would be the 1.8LPA. TCS, Mahindra, Amazon, BYJU, Jaro etc are the top recruiters. At least 30% of students got internship from different companies over the country.
Infrastructure: This college has good infrastructure, Wi-Fi connection 24 hrs. Classrooms are also good. Great labs with new and updated machines. A great and big library where you will get a lot of option to read and get knowledge about. The best thing about the library is that you can be there during the exam times.
Faculty: Yes teachers are really worthy there. They do have great knowledge in their subjects. You will not only have theoretical knowledge but will give you practical knowledge about each subject. Some teachers teach to make the student prepared for exams, but there are some good teachers as well which will make you ready for industry work.

Overall Good college life.
Placements: Placement percentage is low. Most of the companies are IT companies. Capgemini, TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, etc. Companies come for the placements. Average package is about 3 to 4 Lacs. Some of the posts are for a call centre job. Overall good placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are good. Infrastructure, Wi-Fi, classroom, Library all are well maintained and are in good condition. The college canteen is also very good. The hostel is good but the food quality is not too good. It should b improved. There is a hospital which provides medical facilities to the students.
Faculty: All the teachers were very helpful and have good knowledge of their subjects. Most of the teachers are having High experience. Engineering is a very useful course curriculum and it is very relevant. Some of the students get ready for the industry.

It has been growing and rising and would be the best engineering college in future.
Placements: Placement drives conducted in the college are not up to the mark. Very few companies visit and that also mostly for CSE and IT branches. No core company has come to the college yet. The college provides no internships. The salary packages offered range from 3 LPA to 10 LPA. The TNP is also supportive.
Infrastructure: In terms of classrooms and labs, the infrastructure of the college is average. The library is good. There is no group for football, but only a small group for cultural functions. There is a basketball court as well. The canteen is good and affordable, and Wi-Fi facilities are okay. The labs have proper facilities.
Faculty: The faculty members are very supportive provided you attend classes regularly. Teachers are good in their respective subjects and provide all the necessary guidance. We have 2 class tests and one practical exam in a semester.
Other: Scholarships are available for students. Events like Samvid, Elysian, Ted talks, and Bootcamp are organised. We have around 18,000 students in the college.

Satisfied because of the faculty and infrastructure, but the placements were not that good.
Placements: Many of my friends got placed but not me. Placements for my senior batch were good, and it was the same for our juniors, but I didn't know what happened when we graduated, maybe it was a recession period or something else. But there are good placements nowadays. In 2015, placements were good for the IT branch, but they were not great for the mechanical and electrical branches. But as the year passed, placements for the mechanical and electrical branch have increased. It is okay to join any of the branches in this college.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure. There are great classrooms, a good canteen and sports ground. There are separate blocks for different branches, and the thing I love the most is the green environment all around the campus. Hostel facilities for boys and girls are available separately, and there is a temple in the college which provides good vibes. There are wide roads available inside the college campus, and safety measures are taken so that no accidents take place that lead to major harm.
Faculty: There are great faculty members on campus, and lots of co-curricular activities will be going on all the year. Sports and cultural events are also conducted. Different training programs are organised for students which unveil the talent inside every student. Inter-college tournaments were conducted which imbibe a team player mentality and leadership qualities in students.
