I am very satisfied with the infrastructure, faculty, and facilities.
Placements: My seniors go for internships and get good pay, also gaining experience. Some of the passed students start their own companies and run them well. Faculty members are helpful in giving ideas on how to present and how to enter reputed companies.
Infrastructure: The equipment and devices in the lab are very helpful for our education. Classrooms in the Viscom department have sockets under the benches. Which are helpful for charging devices. The library has a variety of resources and a good ambience for reading, and we can borrow books if needed.
Faculty: Teachers are really supportive in teaching and co-curricular activities. They care about our education and teach us in an appropriate way. This course has various paths. Some of them are relevant for my industry. The semester exams are manageable, and we can score good marks.
Other: I chose this course for photography, designing, and related subjects. I do not think there is anything that needs improvement in our course. We have different extracurricular activities. They provide cultural scholarships for my dance performance. Events like Kala Utsav, Talent Hunt, and more are conducted in our college, inspiring students to showcase their talents.

Really good infrastructure.
Placements: We get excellent placement opportunities. Many of us have been placed in reputed companies like SunTV and several other media organisations which help us explore and enhance career options. We get guidance and support even during our internship period.
Infrastructure: Our Viscom department has excellent facilities for us to learn and practice media skills. The shoot floor is fully equipped with a camera lights and other professional tools giving us hands on experience in filming and production. There is a big common lab with over 50 systems.
Faculty: Our department has amazing faculty curriculum and infrastructure. Teachers are always available to clear all doubts and guide us in every way. The department has a soundproof floor audio room common lab and edit suite giving us hands on experience.

Best infrastructure and faculty 2025.
Placements: The college provides special training programme for the placement which has been advantageous to a lot of students. The students get huge placement opportunities and are able to enter the world with high class expertise. Many students started their own start-up companies too.
Infrastructure: The library at the college has so many genres of books and systems to read books if the manual. The required materials for the Visual Communication Department at the college is top-level. The college has maintained cleanliness, discipline, and hygiene fully. There are two canteens and one stall area, and the best part is there is Jain food everywhere. The water is clean as there are RO's on every floor. . The floor has editing suits, labs, audio room and also a shooting room.
Faculty: The Academic at the college has been upgraded a lot with the teaching style too. The faculty are highly qualified and supportive. They teach students with their utmost patience. The staffs are very friendly to students. The Viscom floor has many creative paintings done by the students showcasing their talents
Other: I chose this course because I'm interested in Art and Creativity and I think that the future will be mostly depended on technology. Visual Communication is the best course for people who want to explore things.

Placements: The college provides students with various placement opportunities. They help students to get placed in big media houses. Students get first-hand experience. Students also get a good stipend during their internships. These internships provide a huge growth opportunity for us.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for students are well-equipped and maintained. As viscom students, we receive the best facilities. It includes a high-end computer graphics lab, edit suites, audio suites, and photography suites. All these labs have been updated with the latest technology and software, which aren't available outside. Classrooms are well-equipped with a smart high-class projector. The classroom is spacious. The library is available for all students at all times, with a wide variety of books to read. The college focuses on providing the best for its students in all possible ways.
Faculty: The teaching faculty is really helpful and kind in nature in our college. They are highly qualified and Knowledgeable. They are always ready to support us whenever we need them. They provide notes to students so that it becomes easy to understand and learn. They make the teaching experience interactive and not boring. The course curriculum is highly relevant to the course selected by students. The curriculum is set to students learn everything one by one. It makes them to understand the course easily and become ready for the industry.

Good infrastructure but bad placements.
Placements: All the companies that come to our college are for the BBA. There are hardly any companies for Visual Communication. 0% of my batch got placed. Let alone being placed, we are not provided with internships as well. All of us researched for the jobs through LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Infrastructure: My college might lack in placements but it has a gorgeous campus and a very clean and properly maintained canteen. Our canteen also has a separate counter for Jain food. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries are top-notch. We are also provided with Macs. Medical and sports facilities are decent too.
Faculty: We are low on staff and the professors are not good either. Sometimes it feels like they themselves do not know what their subject is about. We complained multiple times and had professors changed too. The pass percentage is different for each subject. But it is around 30% for all in general.
Other: I chose this course to pursue my passion for photography. Some of the best things for me would be the 10 days long field trips where we explore cities and capture wildlife. Improvements I would suggest are better teaching staff.

The infrastructure of Shasun is pretty decent.
Placements: Being from a VisCom field, the placements offered were below satisfactory. Companies related to our domain weren't accessible. We had expected to have at least one or two companies that are looking for people from VisCom for job opportunities related to our field, but we're disappointed to not find so.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course is satisfactory. We had access to almost all the equipment and gadgets. The BisCom arena has been properly equipped with all necessary electronic supplies, including an audio lab, edit suite, CG lab, shoots floor, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly supportive and helpful. They feel like friends with whom we could talk unfiltered, they are highly experienced in their genres of subject and help us out with anything we need. The semester exams have been quite okay, and they have prepared us well for the final ones. The course doesn't prepare us for the outside world, as with extremely limited time each semester, we're in a hurry to finish projects and never get to learn a subject/software fully.
Other: Events, extra-curricular activities could be better.

It has amazing faculty members, cares about students, and a peaceful environment to study.
Placements: 80% of students get placed. Packages are not yet offered. Specifically, not any top companies visit the college because it is a vast field. 75% of internship opportunities are available. Roles like graphic design, video editing, social media management, etc., are offered. The college provides good placements for us with a package of 4 LPA. We are deeply grateful to be here. The knowledge and the experience that we gained here are commendable.
Infrastructure: It has a very modern and sophisticated infrastructure in labs and classrooms. It has an amazing Wi-Fi network and a great connection. The library has all types of book collections. I do not stay in the hostel. The food available inside the canteen is great, especially the dosa. The Apollo medical facilities are good and available when required. There are regular health checkups.
Faculty: Teachers are extremely well-educated and have great knowledge about the field. They are extremely kind while teaching and help us throughout our academic journey. The course curriculum is very relevant to the industry. The semester exam's difficulty level is medium, although the paper is very lengthy. The pass percentage is 75%.
Other: I chose this course because I like to be creative, and I am very much into art. I like photography, so I chose this course. Events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, surroundings, are all wholesome and very interactive. We also have scholarship opportunities.

Good infrastructure and facilities with good placements.
Placements: We got lots of top companies in our placements with a good package. Since I am from the 2nd, I am not sure which company I have to join, will get clarity in 3rd year and surely get placed in any company. I got internships in a company called Pencil and Monk in T Nagar and INT Animations in Velachery.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good hands-on experience in editing, photography, etc. We also have Apple systems in our edit suites, and the infrastructure of our studio is good. We don't have hostels, but the food in canteen is awesome and pure vegetarian. We get all types of food of good quality.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. Semester exams are really good and the pass percentage is 35%. Our college gives perfect training for every student technically as well as in communication for our career in the future, and I am glad that I am in this college.
Other: I feel like studying Viscom makes us know the current affairs in the media and makes us think outside of the box.
