Totally satisfied because of the best faculty, good infrastructure, and average placement in 2024.

Faculty: The faculty at this college is the best, especially for Economics Honours. They are very knowledgeable and experienced, cooperative, and help you in every possible manner. We have an Economics departmental society that teaches us leadership and organizes many departmental events. Semester exams are moderate and become easier after being taught by such knowledgeable teachers. If anyone focuses on lectures and solves previous year questions, they can easily get a decent CGPA.

Shyam Lal College offers good academics with supportive faculty.

Faculty: The teaching staff at Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi, is generally well-regarded for their qualifications and subject knowledge. Many professors hold advanced degrees and are experienced in their respective fields. They are approachable and often supportive in helping students with both academic and personal guidance. However, like many colleges, the quality of teaching can vary across departments. Some students feel that certain teachers are more engaging and dedicated, while others bel...

The insights of Shyam Lal College, Delhi University .

Faculty: The faculty of my college is really nice, helpful, understanding, and considerate; they're always ready to help you in clearing all your doubts and problems, doesn't matter how many times you ask them to; the teaching quality is also really nice; the semester exams are kind of moderate in terms of difficulty level, and the pass percentage is 63%.

Fascinating infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: The faculty of Shyam Lal College is excellent; they are very helpful and address students' doubts instantly. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable in their subjects. The course curriculum for B.Com (Hons) is very relevant and engages students, encouraging them to gain as much knowledge as possible. The semester exams are not very difficult; an average student can score up to 6 CGPA, while a good student can achieve 8-9 CGPA, but one needs to be diligent, especially in the B.Com (Hons) cour...

Satisfied with the faculty but dissatisfied with campus area. Not too good placements.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful, but some of their teaching methods are not too good. I don't think this course makes students industry-ready. It depends on how well the student learns. Semester exams are not too difficult. Pass percentage is 50%.

Shyam Lal College: A Delhi University college.

Faculty: The faculty members are good. They are very helpful and are available whenever we want to solve our queries. The exams are arranged nicely and seating arrangements are good. It can be upgraded a little bit though. The semester exams are not that difficult if you are an average student.

It needs to work on several things.

Faculty: The teachers are quite friendly with everyone and knowledgeable. The difficulty of semester exams is average; it depends on how you study. Passing percentage is 33 percent, similar to what it is in schools. People pass without much issue.

The faculty and infrastructure and fee structure.

Faculty: I have no issues with the way exams are conducted at this school. The teachers are attentive, and there is no cash between exams. The seating arrangement is also nice and does not cause any issues. The exams are conducted in the right manner, and the procedures related to exams are also done nicely.

Average College with Exceptional Faculty

Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and helpful, providing quality education. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty, and with regular preparation, one can secure a good CGPA (passing percentage is 44%, and one must pass in 9 out of 14 subjects to be promoted to the next year). However, the college is lacking in providing practical knowledge that would make students industry-ready.

Really good infrastructure; the sports faculty provided is superb; classes don't have any ACs.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful, qualified from SRCC and have taught at very high-rated colleges. The course curriculum is very relevant and it makes the students industry-ready too. The semester exams are very easy and the pass percentage is very high.

Not satisfied with my college .

Faculty: Our class teachers came and gave their lectures and they did not ask students if they understood what teachers tried to teach us or if they didn't. To solve doubts, the only target is to complete the syllabus as soon as possible. Only a few teachers teach calmly.

Why you should select Shyam Lal college as your preference.

Faculty: The faculty at the college is good, and most teachers are young, so they connect with students easily, which helps students learn better. Teachers are highly qualified, and some of them are also renowned personalities. The semester exams are of average difficulty and totally related to the syllabus provided.
