MHCET Law 2023 Centralised Admission Process (CAP) includes the following steps:
Step 1: Counselling registration by candidates
Step 2: Document verification
Step 3: Choice-locking
Step 4: Seat allocation, and admission confirmation by candidates.
The CET Cell Maharashtra releases MH CET Law merit lists after CAP process. The merit lists are released in different rounds for both 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB courses.

PG Diploma | Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university. |
LL.B. | Candidate must have completed graduation from University in Maharashtra or equivalent & secured 45% marks (40% for SC & ST & 42% for VJNT, SBC & OBC category belonging to State of Maharashtra). Candidate who has completed UG degree & 2/3 years PG degree after processing the studies in the pattern 12th+3+2/3 with minimum marks mentioned above can also apply. PG diploma will not be considered as PG Degree. Candidate with +2 Pass Certi. or First Degree Certi. by distance or correspondence method can also apply. Candidate from the open University having a degree contrary of the U.G.C. Act and regulations are not eligible for admission. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis. Candidate should have maximum age limit for 30 years as on 01.06.2023. for general and 35 years as on 01.06.2023 from SC and ST categories. |
