The Law CET Maharashtra application process for 5-year and 3-year LLB programmes has commenced. As per the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell Date Notification 2026, the MHCET Law 2026 Exam Dates for the MHCET 3-year LLB exam will be April 01, 2026, and April 02, 2026. The MH Law CET 2026 5-year LLB exam will be conducted on May 08, 2026.

- Candidates need to know that there will not be a provision for negative marking in the MHCET Law 2026 for both law courses, the 3-year and 5-year LLB.
