The Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra has made a new update for students. The MH CET Law 2026 3-year LLB application form can now be filled till February 28, 2026. You can apply online by going to cetcell.mahacet.org. The MH CET Law 2026 application form for both 3-year and 5-year LLB courses is open on the same website. Earlier, the last date for the MH CET Law 3-year LLB form was January 23, 2026, but now it’s extended. The MH CET Law 5-year LLB form can be submitted till March 15, 2026. All candidates must fill and submit the MH CET Law 2026 online form before the last date.

The Maharashtra CET Cell released both forms together on the portal. Students who want to join law courses should check all details carefully before applying. The MH CET Law entrance exam 2026 will be held later, and the mhcet law admit card will be available before the exam.

Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will provide the application correction facilityn for the candidates who have already registered for MHCET Law 2026 but submitted a form with ceratin mistakes and erros. Candidates will be given an opportunity to correct or edit the below mentioned details in their already submitted application form:

Requirements before filling MHCET Law Application Form 2026
Candidates must keep the details required to fill out the form, such as education qualification documents, bank details/ card details for fee payment, ready with themselves
- They should keep scanned copies of photograph & signature as per the specification.
- Candidates should ensure that they are using a system that Internet Explorer 9+ or Google Chrome 30+ or Firefox 20+ or Microsoft Edge or Bing browsers and the network is working smoothly to fill the application form uninterrupted.

Steps to fill MHCET Law Application Form 2026
The online MH Law CET application form can be filled in five steps as under:
- Visit portal.maharashtracet.org or cetcell.mahacet.org.
- Candidates need to scroll down on the page for the application form link and the registration form will appear
- The link will take the candidates to a new window for the registration form, wherein candidates need to click on 'New Registration' as under:
- To register successfully, candidates have to fill all the details correctly i.e. Candidate name, email id, phone number and enter the captcha code correctly. They need to enter their SSC and HSC marks, percentages and pass years.
- After this, the registration id and password will appear on the screen. Moreover, the candidates will also receive SMS and confirmation on their email address as registered.
- Next, candidates have to upload a photograph and a signature as per the specifications. On successful uploading, the photograph and signature will appear as under:
- After this, candidates have to click on ‘Save and Next’ for the following step
- Candidates have to fill and submit the application form with the required details as under:
- Select whether belonging to SC/ ST/ VJ/DT (NT- A)/ NT 1 (B)/ NT 2 (C)/ NT 3 (D)/ OBC/ SBC/ SEBC/ EWS/ OPEN
- Select the correct option as per your educational, domicile and disability status as under:

After this step, candidates must click on the Validate Your Details button at the bottom of the page. Then, the application fee will be shown on the screen according to the candidate’s category.

Next, fill in your educational qualification details such as SSC, HSC, or equivalent exam information, and again click on Validate Your Details. Once the details are verified, click on Save and Next to move to the next step.

A preview of the filled MH CET Law 2026 application form will appear on the screen. Candidates must select ‘I Agree’ at the bottom of the page to confirm and submit the details successfully. It’s important to check all the information carefully before the final submission of the MH CET Law application form.

After verifying everything, candidates can proceed to pay the MH CET Law 2026 application fee by clicking on the Save and Next button. The payment screen will then appear for completing the transaction.
- Candidates have entered the captcha code and click on submit button. A dialogue box will open up, click on OK to proceed.
- The e-payment bill desk will appear on the screen as under
- Fill your card or bank details carefully and go ahead to make the payment.
- Once the CET Cell gets your payment, the status in your applicant account will be updated within 48 hours. You should take printouts of the filled MH CET Law 2026 application form and the fee challan, and keep them safe for later use or any future reference.
Important: APAAR ID and Aadhar is mandatory for registration although the conducting body has now given some relaxation
