Please don't go to Patkar Varde College.
Placements: No placement for all departments, only selected departments have placement. The data science students get good placements. I have not seen placement in 2 years, even if it is happening, it is not being forwarded in our class group by teachers and the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite poor. The college always seems to be under construction. Some plants are placed for no reason. The crowd isn't that great, always littering the campus and classes. Teachers show favouritism. Bathrooms are dirty and smelly. No water in some washrooms. The washrooms are in very, very bad condition, like a public toilet. Even the classrooms are not clean. The floor has hair and dust all over. The computers in the computer labs are not working properly, the keyboard is not working, and it's a waste of money.
Faculty: Average, we can say the curriculum is. In my course, the curriculum was way behind that of other colleges, we were doing things in the last year that other colleges had in the first year. The teacher does not complete the syllabus on time. The journals are given at the end of exams.
Other: I chose my course in this college only because it was near my house, or else I would never have chosen this college. We have much better colleges in Mumbai than Patkar Varde College.

I am satisfied with everything provided by the college.
Placements: We are the first masters batch in data science and business analytics. We didn't get any placement until now, but the master's programme is placement-oriented. Till now we have interviewed by multinational companies which are very big, and we are getting guidance from our college what we have to do.
Infrastructure: Till now, the college provided great infrastructure and facilities. They provide quality of the instruments which we need like computers which we are using is filled with the highest configuration and expensive like 16 GB ram, 1 TB HDD, 8 GB GCard, 100 MBps internet, etc. It is very powerful to do overstudies and work.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are industries experts from Google, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Edulab. They are not only employees but also VP, CTO, seniors and many from different industries. They are great industries experts. In a month, our college conduct industries expert talk to solve our doubts. So faculty members which are provided by the college are different and great.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to become a data scientist. I want to earn a great amount of money, and then I will open my own small company.

I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty, good placements in 2021, and moderate infrastructure.
Placements: In the year 2020-2021 84 postgraduate students got placements. The median salary for PG during this period was 2 LPA with top recruiting companies like Tech Mahindra Bajaj Capital Motilal Oswal Nokia GATE and Tata Consultancy Services.
Infrastructure: There were 66 classrooms and 46 labs for practicals. The Vaman Mangesh Telang library, situated on the 3rd floor, was open for periodicals, with regular updates in books and journals. The campus had 127 female hostels with television, purified water, and induction plates for warming food and beverages.
Faculty: Teachers were overwhelmed, and the teaching ranged from good to excellent. The curriculum was relevant for me, as I liked to invest in my studies. Semester exams were manageable, and the overall pass percentage was around 95%. Teachers give many techniques.
Other: Each department at Patkar Varde had its own event organizing committee. The best fest was the Silver Screens Film Society. The campus, surrounded near the Film City, had many activities for students and also a diverse student body. The campus was is situated via by all means of transportation.
