Absolutely dissatisfied because of placement and faculty members.

Placements: About 10% of total students get placements from our college. The highest package from our college in year 2025 is 8 LPA, the lowest package is 2.4 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 LPA. There is no specific company that comes for the recruitment of civil engineering students. They normally go to sales company.

Infrastructure: Our college is new, so infrastructure is of top quality for both campus and hostel. But if anything is damaged, then they are not repaired. It has Wi-Fi facilities in both hostel and whole college campus. The food quality of our hostel is very bad.

Faculty: Teachers are not well-qualified, they are not able to pertain knowledge completely. But some teachers are well-knowledgeable. This course does not make students industry-ready. The semester exam is very easy. Even students start their preparation 2 or 3 days before their semester exam.

Other: There is no crowd on campus.

My college life. I suggest all students to take admission here.

Placements: I'm currently at Sitamarhi Institute of Technology pursuing B.Tech in civil engineering with a specialization in computer application. This is a new branch introduced by Bihar Engineering University, Patna. This course is highly valuable compared to the civil branch. The average package is almost 5 LPA. Top companies which give placement are TCS, Bijyus, and Tata.

Infrastructure: In this college, they provide hostel and mess facilities. Hostel rooms are very nice and also provide chairs, study table, and bed and also provide Wi-Fi and lift facilities in this college. Mess is moderate you can't expect much but good. Library is available for college students. In library Wi-Fi and AC are also available, and books are available enough for your study. Facilities are provided like Wi-Fi, lift, and canteen. Sports grounds like cricket, badminton, etc.

Faculty: Teachers are nice but some teachers like guest faculty members are less knowledgeable. Overall my experience permanent teachers are knowledgeable they teach and behave very politely. They support and motivate weak students by allowing studying. Semester exams are moderate not much harder that's good for an average student.

Other: The factors that made me choose this college because this is a government college and the value of the degree is government. The admission process is very simple because you need to clear the entrance exam. The name of the exam is BCECE and JEE Main.

The truth of Sitamarhi Institute of Technology.

Placements: In our college, 60% of students get placements in the 3rd year of B.Tech. Students are permitted to sit in the placement cell. The lowest package of placement is Rs, 26,690. The average package placement is around 4-6 LPA. The highest package is 17 LPA. Cisco comes for placements. Mostly all students have to do internships. They provide us with online internships but off campus which we do offline is valuable. In our college, there are six branches like computer science, electrical, civil, civil engineering with computer applications, and others.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. There are different types of labs for our use and student study purposes like a chemistry lab, electronics lab, CAD lab, geological lab, and many more. We have a ground for sports and a seminar hall. Basic amenities are provided in the hostel like a single bed, a chair, a table, and a track.

Faculty: All teachers are good. They all are BPSC qualified. They take lectures on proper routines and provide valuable knowledge that helps us to prepare for exams and understand any topics. They are friendly. They are not very strict. They are supportive too.

Other: I had an interest in civil engineering and some interior design, so I thought to choose this field. This is good to go for my future.

My college is the best because of its good faculty, helpful members, and excellent infrastructure.

Placements: This college has a very good reputation for placements. Last year, 20 students were selected by Byju's through college placement. The highest package offered by the company is 12 lakh per annum, and the average package is 5 lakh per annum. Every year, more than 30 companies like Byju's and Tata visit the college for recruitment.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and hostel facilities at this college are among the best compared to other BEU colleges. There are three hostels with single and shared rooms. The classrooms are excellent, with full Wi-Fi. The labs are also good. The mess is average, but the canteen is top class, with a seating capacity of 300. The college has a great gaming area, including a cricket ground, basketball court, badminton court, and more.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. All teachers are BPSC qualified and authorized by the Bihar government. The teaching techniques are very good. This course is highly relevant with many opportunities in Bihar and across India. Semester exams are held every six months, helping students manage pressure.

Other: We know that college life is incomplete without festivals and events. Our college hosts an annual function, sports meet, and freshers' events every year.
