Techno India University review.

Placements: Placement percentage is very low in our course which is one of the biggest problems of this college. Many selective companies come for placements and hire lower number of people. I would recommend giving students best from the start, if they want college placements or they can always go for other companies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great. We have huge classrooms which are fully air-conditioned. The washrooms are also clean. College has three canteens and two grounds. There are all necessary labs fully advanced and equipped. I like the infrastructure a lot and it is worth it.

Faculty: Faculty members are great. They are hardworking, helpful, skilled, and most importantly understand our problems. For the exams, we have two IA which is IA2 and IA2 both are online-based MCQ tests of 20 marks each, and at the end of the semester, and ESA of 70 marks.

Placements: Percentage of students placed : 80% - 85%. The highest Package Offered : INR 25 LPA. The lowest Package offered: INR 4LPA. Average package offered : INR 8 - 10 LPA. Recruiters: Google, Amazon, Microsoft, TATA Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro, et cetera.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are okay however the AC does not work in some of them. The college study area is never open. The quality of the college's academic programs, including the rigor of its courses, the qualifications of its faculty, and the resources available for students.

Faculty: The qualifications, experience, and expertise of the college, s faculty, as well as their approach to teaching and engagement with students are average. The relevence and diversity of the college 's academic programs, including the availability of electives and opportunities for hands-on learning.

It is one of the best colleges one could hope for. Placements are also good here.

Placements: About 85% of students from Techno India University completing the course in B.Tech Biotechnology are placed in top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, and Byjus. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 5.5-7 LPA. Students also got an internship in companies like DeltaX, Infosys, Dell, and Flipkart.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is the best. The whole building has centralised air-conditioned in a library, classrooms, common room, games room, and conference hall. The canteen of the university serves all kinds of meals, snacks, and drinks. The maintenance of its hygienic environment is always the top priority. There are free Wi-Fi connections that students can access throughout the day. The departmental labs are well maintained, containing every possible machine or instrument that students might need.

Faculty: Professors are so supportive and helpful. Their teaching standards are good. Semester exams are moderate. Teachers here provide us with enough study materials and classes so that every student can complete the graduation well.

Review of Techno India University.

Placements: Almost 60% of the students are placed in our batch. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Byju's, Cipla, Britannia, TCS, Deltax, Capgemini, Wipro, Accenture, and Paypal visit the campus. Most of the students got internships in Mother Dairy and the rest of the students got in Coca-Cola and some of them are in CRIF. Roles offered are like business development associate, technical support engineer, food production analyst, mobile app development, system engineer, and event manager.

Infrastructure: This course is beautifully designed, and Wi-Fi is available on the campus. Classrooms are well-air-conditioned and very clean, big and spacious. Library is also available. You will receive an Amazon kindle after admission. Hostel is also very good and food qualities are pretty fine and the environment of the hostel is well and the canteens and rooms are hygienic. All kinds of medical facilities are available and hospitals are pretty nearby. There is a playground just beside the hostel. The communication from the hostel to the university is also good. All kinds of sports are available in the hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are very good and much helpful. They are well behaved and also knowledgeable. This course is relevant to the students who want to grow their career in it and have a great interest in biology along with technologies. The course curriculum is pretty much relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not much hard but you need to focus to study subjects. They are not so hard but you need to study throughout the semester. The pass percentage is 30%.

Other: Everything is good and you will get great teachers. Just follow their path as they guide you and you will definitely get success. Practicals should be given more time to explain to the students then it will be good. Otherwise, everything is well and good. You can start your career from here, and you will get opportunities in the whole journey.

It has good infrastructure and facilities, but I am not happy with the course study and placements.

Placements: Only about 30% of the students got placed from college. Mostly medical representative posts were offered by the companies. The salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA - 3.5 LPA. Almost 20% of the students got internship courses, but it was not helpful. The companies that came for placements were Byjus, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, Omics, etc. We expected better opportunities and chances to highlight our career.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good enough. Labs and classrooms were air-conditioned, and we had Wi-Fi facility as well. The library was also properly maintained. Buildings were clean enough, and the labs were also well maintained. Hostels were quite good, and the quality of food served was good.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were knowledgeable and guided us well with proper study materials. But they couldn't meet up to the expectations. There were very few teachers for our course. The course couldn't make students industry-ready though. Students expected more hands-on knowledge, which could have made us more confident with the course.

Other: I had an interest in biology, so I opted for this course, and wanted got to know more about the subject. The syllabus structure and teaching way of teachers could have been better. The practicals were also not very helpful. The campus was attractive, and fests and events held were all up to the mark.

Our college provides decent infrastructure and helpful faculty members.

Placements: Companies like Nestle and Omics visited our college for placements. Most of the students did not attend for placements as they were interested in higher education. However, the ones who were interested in placements got placed. Many companies visited our college for placements.

Infrastructure: All facilities were available on the campus. Classrooms were spacious and equipped with facilities like projectors, screens, proper benches and sufficient lighting. Our biotech library was well-managed. Lab assistant always kept the labs neat and tidy so that we can perform our experiments with precision.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were quite helpful. The course curriculum has all the relevant subjects.

The pros of pursuing B.Tech biotechnology at Techno India University, Salt Lake Sector V.

Placements: Biotechnology graduates tend to usually pursue higher studies, rather than appearing for job interviews straight out of college. However, I did successfully appear for a placement drive and the overall process was quite smooth, with good cooperation from the college authorities.

Infrastructure: Our faculty members were extremely courteous and friendly. They played a very important role in the upkeep of our laboratories. Instruments that developed snags, were either repaired or completely replaced. The classrooms and labs are fully air-conditioned.

Faculty: The faculty members of the dept. of biotechnology have a thorough understanding of the subjects they teach, no need to mention their impressive academic backgrounds. Classes are quite interesting and study materials are provided on time. The course does dive into various facets of biotechnology, providing a balanced understanding of applied and theoretical subjects.

Techno India University is a good college, but you have to study hard for a better career.

Placements: Placements are quite good. Most of the companies recruit students. The core companies are less in the number of recruitment. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Deloitte, etc. The package offered is 4-5 LPA. Last year three student cracked GATE, and three students got a job in IT sector among 13 students. And other students do M.tech in a good university like Jadavpur, SRM university, etc.

Infrastructure: The whole campus consists of three phases, I.e. the university, old building and new building. All the class are in university building are equipped with airconditioners and smart boards. There is one small football ground on the campus. And the quality of the lab is quite good.

Faculty: The faculty team is good. The college is having a good ratio between faculty and students, and the curriculum distributed well among the eight semesters and very helpful. All teacher used to teach on the smartboard and try to interact with the students. Industry exposure provided in the 3rd year of the course.

Other: In our biotechnology department, all the teachers are helpful and help personally for GATE exam. There are annual sports for entertainment. The cultural fest and freshers are impressive and high rated. Campus life is good, and seniors are helpful.
