The college is good, you get good education, and can live a college life.
Placements: The package in our college is like 3 to 4 Lacs per year, which is an average package for a beginner, and it is good to start with it. Many companies offer here, such as HDFC, Occitan, etc. 79 percent of the students get jobs, and they get the post of human resources manager.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. The college has many buildings and has a playground. All facilities are available. The hostel is also very big the hostel rooms are spacious and hygienic. There is a marina where there is good food and indoor games, a gym, etc.
Faculty: The teachers are well educated and qualified. Everyone is friendly, and they teach us very well. No one is late for the classes. The semester exams are tough, and the passing mark is 35%. I think it does not make the students industry-ready, as the college does not take students on industrial visits.
Other: I choose this course because I want to learn about business and start my own business. If there were an industrial visit in our college, it would be better for us to know about the production in industry.

Overall, the college experience was okay for me. Someone who wants to explore nearby locations.
Placements: From my batch, around 8-10 people were placed, but it was because many people wanted to pursue higher education, and very few companies came with a good job role. The highest package of 7 LPA was offered for BBA. Accenture, PWC, and Uniqlo were the top companies. 2-3 students got internships at Intellipaat (edtech org). Associate software engineer was offered from Accenture.
Infrastructure: The course is outdated and many of the PPTs are too old, and the same PPT is used to teach us with a few minor changes. We weren't provided with any industry visits. New teachers were nice and put effort into teaching. The hostel was fine, clean, and well-maintained. The lift was not serviced on a timely basis, but it was okay for me.
Faculty: There were a few faculty members who didn't put much effort into teaching, but on the other hand, there were a few teachers who were really great at their jobs, and I loved attending their lectures. The passing criteria are very easy, and it's easy to score in internals. You won't have to study that hard for exams. We don't get much practical experience or industry exposure.
Other: Personally, I went for the college location, which is very peaceful. They could improve the quality and re-evaluate the course to improve it. To be very honest, the college doesn't encourage the fest, although they do take the credit.

Review of SMIT - Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim Manipal University.
Placements: Our college has good placements. The placements in colleges are certified by very good companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Amazon, Microsoft, and Flipkart. The placement percentage is very good. One can do business after completion of this course.
Infrastructure: The location of the college is nice and has good infrastructure. Good food is provided in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities and games are available. The campus is beautiful. In this course, quality education is provided.
Faculty: Exams are very good in this college. Our teachers are very strict during exams. They are well trained. They are well-educated and are very smart. In the exams, the questions are very tough. So do not take it lightly. Study for the exams and no one can cheat. If found cheated, they will be removed from the college. The semester exams pass percentage is 35%. The college is already known for its placements and it is the best college in India for engineering.
Other: The campus is very beautiful for all students, teachers, and staff too. The campus is filled with very beautiful things. It has a football and basketball court. It also has a gym and a swimming pool of 5.5 feet where only swimmers are allowed and not beginners.

SMIT provides the finest facilities and academics in the East.
Placements: SMIT provides students with good academic and has a notable ranking in the north-east. It is the 2nd best college in the East zone with great placement opportunities in very known companies. It has a record of 95%+ placement and up to 22L+ PA being the highest package.
Infrastructure: SMIT's infrastructure is a must-know feature of the college. It provides you with the finest infrastructure. From classrooms to offices, labs to sports facilities/gym all are well maintained and easily accessible to all. 2 hostels for boys and 2 for girls. Spacious enough for double sharing. Good mess food and a night canteen to satisfy your cravings during exams.
Faculty: The teaching faculty are very learned/qualified. They are supportive inside and outside the classrooms as well. Normal 4-5 class hours for BBA. Assignments and projects are also given based on our courses. The course curriculum is balanced. Beside studies, there are many other extra activities that one can join in.

The college is famous for its structure, but not for education.
Placements: Our college just provides courses, and they do not provide any kind of project. I assure you that it just uses the course fee. Any top-ranking companies didn't visit here, and only our college provide us with call centre jobs. Any kind of job role is not offered.
Infrastructure: Students can't use classrooms, library, labs and breakpoint. Medical facilities are available here, and sports competitions are also conducted here.
Faculty: Teachers are the best, and they have good knowledge of all the fields. They have much experience, and teaching quality is superb. They understand how students can know, and the doubt clearing session is very useful for us. The course curriculum is very reliable, but students are not industry-ready. However, business professionals can become excellent. They give us high-intensity training to enhance our career.
Other: I have chosen this course because the BBA course is very useful for me, and it gives me a chance to enhance my career and basic level, which is more important to convey the future. I wish the college to improve classrooms structure and facilities. They don't provide value for the campus. Passed out students said us about scholarships and extracurricular activities.
