SoET Pandit Deendayal Energy University offers two-year M.Tech programme divided into four semesters. The school offers M.Tech in six specialisations, namely Environmental, Petroleum Engineering, Electrical, etc. The admission to M.Tech programme will be based on GATE score. Non-GATE candidates can also get admission based on their performance in the personal interview round.

Candidates who have complete a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate or CPI/ CGPA of 5.5 in 10 point scale in the qualifying degree in relevant subjects can apply for SoET PDEU M.Tech course.
