Inspiring professors, vibrant campus life, ample resources ideal for growth and learning.
Placements: My course was a Bachelor of Science in IT, which is trending in these times. People are more likely to get into laptops and create their minds by making different apps and learning different languages. People are doing data science, and AI and IT offer it. The companies in which my classmates got jobs were J.P. Morgan, Wipro and high-tech companies with good salaries.
Infrastructure: The hostel at our college is great. My friend from Kashmir came to study IT. The rooms and food availability are good, the washrooms are clean, and great hygiene is maintained. Because our course was computer-based, we used to sit in labs that had good laptop services and a huge lab where everyone had their own computer in front of them. The software was easy to load, and the lab was cleaned. The food that the hostel provides is different from the canteen we have and is good and hygienic.
Faculty: The teachers in our department were highly qualified, and the teaching methods were understandable and great. The college has more experienced faculty members who have over 20 years of experience in their specific domains. Our course is based on growing market studies, which include AI, languages to make apps, and data science. The exams were difficult, but because teacher methods were knowledge-based, not just writing from books, it made one write answers in their own words. We had two semesters and internals.
Other: Sophia College is a girls college, which makes it more comfortable for all girls to join and live a free and empowering life here. Make memories, enjoy events and scope, participate in various activities, and have fun. The most famous festival at our college is Kaleidoscope, and many scholarship opportunities are also available.

Faculty members are good here. It provides good placement opportunities.
Placements: B.M.M., B.A. in hotel management, and B.Sc are good courses offered in our college. A placement cell is available in the college. It often invites good companies like Jio, Capgemini, and T.C.S. for placements. The highest salary package offered for B.M.M. and BSc I.T. students is 5.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Labs infrastructure is average. Classrooms are good with good ventilation in our college. It has a huge library with good books. The quality of food served is good. Many types of sports and games are available. A gym is also available here.
Faculty: Teachers in BSc and BMM are helpful and knowledgeable. They provide good teaching. I am not sure whether it makes students industry-ready or not. The college is autonomous, so they frequently change course subjects as per new technology requirements in the industry. Difficulties for semester exams are as per subjects.
Other: The campus is good, with a beautiful garden. It is very refreshing. The exciting event of Sophia college is the kaleidoscope.

Dissatisfied because of faculty members but atleast the infrastructure and fests are great.
Placements: This year around 13-15 students get placed but not in the IT field nonetheless, they take those jobs. The highest package is 4 LPA this year which a girl gets in the marketing field. The placements this year are mostly for sales or marketing. But the teachers sometimes share information about the placement drives happening at other colleges or about any companies that are hiring so that students can apply there.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of the college is very great but not the IT department. They have only 2 classrooms which is basically 1 classroom only which is large enough to convert them into two rooms. There is only 1 lab that too can accommodate only around 30-35 students. But there are other labs in the common IT building of the college which is for all the departments, so some practicals get conducted there as well. Gymnasium is great. Canteen is also good. Hostel is okay, and food is average.
Faculty: The course curriculum is great. Future and career-wise it is good for the students. Semester exams are like not that difficult to pass but also not that easy. It levels up gradually. The course and curriculum are more of making students gain hands-on experience like social work hours and all that. Mostly teachers are helpful but there are some teachers who I feel are not qualified to be teachers because their teaching skills lack a lot. Those particular teachers are more like they are just doing their job for the sake of doing it.
Other: The best thing about Sophia is its Kaliedoscope fest.

The sophia college is best for eduacation and for campus selection
Placements: The students who was placed in my coll thr percent was above 60 The packages starts from 6lakh per year to 10-12 lakhs per year 80 percent of students got internship from my course The top recruiting companies for my course are TCS and many more like that
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my course or department are they have special labs for practicals and has individual computers for the students, even the classrooms have projecters and they also provide the library facilities The quality of food mess and canteen is superb
Faculty: The teachers are very much qualified and so helpful. They have the best teaching quality and are so knowledgeable.Explains everything in details twice or thrice who don’t understand in one go The exams are quite difficult when it comes to semesters.
