Review of Sree Narayana Guru College.

Placements: Students who got placements are in a ratio of 6 out of 10. The college provides placements but with a low salary. It does not qualify for our day-to-day life job. We can search for a job with skills we learned from college, but it is difficult.

Infrastructure: We have good quality computer labs. There are two labs with 100 working computers and AC facilities. Classrooms are neat and clean all the time. There are no broken things like benches or sharp edges. The mess and canteen are very neat and clean. No bad food is served there. Sports are bad, in my opinion.

Faculty: I think some teachers do not know what they are even doing. But not every teacher is like that some of them are very qualified and actually good at teaching. The course curriculum gives students a head start in the technical field and we can become a professional programmer. Semester exams are not that difficult. Professors prepare us well for semester exams and they are not that difficult.

Other: I chose this course because this course gives me an opportunity in the IT field. I think there is an increased chance of getting a job after learning it. The editing software and AI should be taught to students and even a little bit would help them in the future.

Absolutely, the college is good.

Placements: In our course, there are many students learning. There are above 45 students in our course. The highest package offered is 1.5 lakhs, and the lowest package is 40 thousand. The average package is 65 thousand. Recruiting companies for our course include Accenture and Botminds AI. 70% of the students secure internships in small IT companies in Tamil Nadu. The top roles are AI engineers, machine learning engineers, and data scientists.

Infrastructure: There are many study materials for our course, and there are enough facilities. We get office Wi-Fi in our class, and we have a neat computer lab. The classrooms are neat and clean, and there are many useful books in our library. In our hostel, everything is fine. The quality of food is okay. There is no problem with the food in the canteen or mess. First aid kits are available in the hostel, and there is a good clinic near the hostel. Sports and games are also important in the hostel; there is a ground in the hostel, and many students play every day.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and friendly to us. They tell us everything and make us study. The teachers are highly qualified. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are okay, not that difficult for us because our teachers help us, and the pass percentage is 35%.

Other: I chose this course because it is a highly demanded course and will be in demand for the next 15 years. There is nothing that needs improvement. Everything is there in my college. There are many events, fests, scholarships for students, and many other extracurricular activities also available in our college.

Absolutely nice, but needs more focus on students.

Placements: A good placement facility is provided, with around 65% of students getting placed. The companies are beneficial for the students' growth, and various internship opportunities are also offered. The college raises awareness about handling interviews and difficult situations.

Infrastructure: The hostel facility is not that great, but the food is good and hygienic. The classrooms are satisfactory, with enough seating for students, though it can get quite hot. The library is well-furnished with all the necessary books and reference materials to support academic growth.

Faculty: The teachers are well-educated, and their teaching methods are engaging and focused. They are always ready to help and guide students on how to communicate professionally, handle interactions with different people, and respond respectfully to negative feedback.

Other: Many festivals are celebrated, such as Navratri, Diwali, and sports events.

Our college is among the 16 best colleges in Tamil Nadu.

Placements: Almost 60% of the students get placed. Our college professors train students effectively to enrich knowledge through guidance and self-belief enhancement. The salary packages offered range from 2 LPA to 4 LPA. Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Zoho, etc., visit the campus. Around 50% of the students get internships in MNCs like TCS, Accenture, Dell, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Sports are very good in our college. Our faculty supports us as much as possible to ensure in sports, and they teach what sports give us and every good ground facility. Our college makes education beautiful to learn and lead life.

Faculty: Teaching quality is good in our college. The course curriculum in our college looks good and satisfactory. The pass percentage is good according to other colleges in Coimbatore. Our college holds students from Tamilnadu as well as Kerala.

Other: I opted for this college because computer science is the best course in our developing nation. We can go through as much as possible and gain knowledge. More practical classes should be conducted to study more about CS. Surroundings are good as our campus is connected to nature with green atmospheric surroundings. It is located on the border of beautiful Tamilnadu and Kerala.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2015, really good infrastructure.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course was 70-80%. The highest package was about 4 Cr and the lowest was 2.9 Cr. The top recruiting companies for our course were Chola, Nakshatra, and many more. 75% of students got internships. The top roles were B.A. Mathematics and CA.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for my course/department were Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, sports, and a basketball court. The quality of facilities in the hostel, the quality of food available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, and sports and games were the best.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good, and the semester exams were difficult, as they should have been. They were in the mid-range, but there was no problem, and we were able to pass. The course curriculum was relevant, it was right to make students industry-ready.

Other: The course was absolutely worth it. The best thing about my course was that it was worth the money. Sports should have been better. I wish events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarships, extracurricular activities, etc., had been so damn good.
