Admission to all the Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce courses is entrance-based. While Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, admission to all the PG programmes will be subject to the CUET- PG exam. The eligibility requirements for all the popular programmes offered by the college are tabulated below:

SGGSCC BSc (Hons) admission is entrance-based for the academic year 2024 as candidates seeking admission to the BSc (Hons) at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce are required to appear for the CUET. Therefore, Class 12 marks are not enough for admission to the BSc (Hons) programme.

Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce provides fee concessions to financially weak students and provides scholarships based on academic excellence. Various scholarships such as Dr. SS Gulshan Scholarship, Shri Sultan Chand Memorial Scholarship, Prof. Jaswant Singh Phull Memorial Scholarship, Shri JP Gupta Memorial Scholarship, etc. are offered to BA (Hons) programme students.

In 2022, Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce admission 2024 for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:

Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Step 2: Submit Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option. 

Step 3: The University releases dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists for all categories. 

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. 

Step 5: Once Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat. 

Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce cutoff 2025 ranged between 153.41 and 860.48 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. This cutoff range is for Round 1. Please note that the cutoff ranks vary for different courses, specialisations, rounds, and categories. The cutoff was released based on candidates' performance in the CUET UG entrance exam, followed by a counselling process. As per the SGGSCC CUET UG cutoff 2025, the most and least sought-after courses for admission were B.A. (Hons.) in Punjabi and B.Com. (Hons.), respectively. Candidates can check out the Round 1 cutoff scores for all the UG courses offered at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce.

CUET result 2026 will be declared tentatively in first week of July. Candidates who will appear for the exam can download their CUET scorecard online when released. The link to download the CUET scorecard will be available at CUET results 2026. Candidates will be required to enter the login credentials to view the CUET 2026 scorecard online. CUET scores are used for admission to various universities/colleges that candidates has applied for while filling the application form. Candidates must download and take the print of the CUET 2026 results when released.
