You can join Joseph's if you have no other option.
Placements: There is a placement cell in the college which is supervised by our PRO. There have been quite a few companies coming for placements. There are internship opportunities for Arts and Commerce students but not as many for the Science students. Same goes with the placements as well.
Infrastructure: The equipment in the laboratory are years old and don't work well enough. There is a green ground which no student is allowed to access seems like it's just for the look of it. The canteen is big enough to accommodate quite a number of students. The classrooms are also big enough and accommodates 70 students easily and have CCTV cameras.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified but not helpful at all. Most teachers cannot teach really well and practice heavy favoritism. The curriculum is relevant but that relevance of the curriculum is always ignored unless it's going to be there for examinations.
Other: There is Visages which is an inter -college fest and Peatibha which is an intra-college fest.

The college atmosphere is amazing with incredible faculty members.
Placements: I actually don't know about the placement rate in college because I have not applied for an internship or placement. But as far as I know, many of my friends got placements from the college, and they were offered salary packages of Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month. Very few companies visited our campus for recruitment. However, many students in our senior batch got placed.
Infrastructure: Our college had every facility as far as I know. The building is a not a multi-storied one, but it has got everything which is enough for a college student. The canteen should be renovated, and the menu should be updated. The hostel was good and clean. I never faced any infrastructure related issues during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: We had enough teachers and other faculty members. They are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching methods helped us to attain more knowledge and taught us to be brave enough to conduct seminars and to talk in debates. The college organises many industrial visits and each one was a rare opportunity and a great one.
