Satisfied with my college due to good faculty, placements, and a clean campus.
Placements: Our college has a good number of companies visiting every year for placement drives to hire freshers. The average package is around 4-5 LPA. The highest package goes up to 8-9 LPA, with top companies coming to hire students.
Infrastructure: We have really good infrastructure with lots of trees and a clean campus. Classrooms have digital boards and Wi-Fi, along with labs for our respective courses. This provides us with more practical knowledge about the subject. This helps us improve our skills.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful. They are always ready to help us if we have any doubts. All teachers are qualified in their respective subjects and teach us the subjects well. The course is related to our branch, which makes us industry-ready. Exams are also conducted in a proper order with strictness.
Other: I know that the semiconductor industry boom is coming to India. This is the reason I chose Electronics and Telecommunication so that I can be a part of the semiconductor industry. My course prepares me for both soft and core-related jobs. Throughout the year, we have various events, fests, extracurricular activities, hackathons, and many more.

Offers balanced academics, practical learning and a supportive environment for overall growth.
Placements: E&TC placements at SVPCET are decent, with around 60-70 percent of students getting placed. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini visit regularly. The average package is 3 LPA-4.5 LPA and a few students get offers up to 12 LPA. Training support is provided but personal skill-building is key.
Infrastructure: The campus is clean and well-maintained with good classrooms, labs, and a decent library. Still Wi-Fi and internet quality are often unreliable, which can affect online tasks, research and smooth digital learning. It offers a balanced mix of academics and practical learning.
Faculty: The faculty offers balanced academics, practical learning, and a supportive environment for overall growth. It offers a balanced mix of academics and practical learning. The faculty is supportive and the environment is student-friendly. It is a great place to grow technically and personally.

It has a good infrastructure, helpful faculty, and active campus life.
Placements: I am from the B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering department. I am from the batch of 2023-2027. Around 70-75% of students from our course get placed. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. The average package offered is 4.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, and Cognizant. About 60% of students secured internships in companies like TCS, L&T, and Bosch. The top roles offered are network engineer, embedded systems developer, junior telecom engineer, and software developer.
Infrastructure: Our department has smart classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked library, and modern labs. Hostel rooms are clean and furnished, with a 24x7 water supply, decent Wi-Fi, and hygienic food, though the taste is average. Basic sports and recreation facilities are also available.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and qualified. They have good subject knowledge. Teaching quality is generally good, with a mix of theory and practical examples. The course curriculum is related and covers industry-related topics, though some parts could be updated. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and with regular study, they are manageable.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in electronics and communication course. The best parts are practical labs and supportive faculty members. The course curriculum could be more updated. Fests and events are fun. The campus crowd is friendly, and surroundings are peaceful. It has a decent city connectivity. Scholarships are offered. Extracurricular activities are well-supported.

It is good for value college where you get to learn while following your passion.
Placements: Although I don't know much about percentage of college placements but its quite good keeping in mind the tier of our college in my branch the packa is average but satisfying the star package is nearly 6 LPA our branch or college focuses upon the discipline and study and is strict.
Infrastructure: The college have a descent cafeteria and a very good library. The classrooms are spacious and learnable although the hostel food isn't much delicious but it is good enough also the hostel is good we have Wi-Fi there and playing space for the ones who want to gym we have a training gym.
Faculty: The exams are strict and also the attendance js hard to bear also all the teachers are not good enough but some are trustfull enough to cope up with that To be frank its hard to bear their strictness some time the assignment are much headache but as a student we have to manage that.

Review of St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology (SVPCET).
Placements: This college had connections with top recruiters brings them to their campus, but placements were a student's ability based. The minimum salary package offered was around 3 LPA. Collaboration diploma course helps in increasing chances of recruitment. Interview preparation was also provided during the course itself.
Infrastructure: This college had Wi-Fi only for laboratories, classes and the library was smart, and intuitive learning with e-based material and smart class. There was no proper ground for games and sports. The medical facility was not good at all. They give rice and convert. I am a day scholar.
Faculty: In this college, all teachers and professors were great. They provide with best materials for studies and make sure for improvement in their teaching by feedback, but one of the teachers was not good in this college.
Other: It was a good course I got here for a reasonable fee and placed with Google, and the average salary package offered was 23 LPA.

It is a good college in Nagpur with affordable fees. It provides good education and placements.
Placements: In the COVID situation, our college provided more than 300 placements. Many companies like TCS, L&T, etc., visit our college for placements. Top recruiting companies like Byju's, Capgemini, etc., visit our campus to hire students from our branch. The highest salary package offered in our course is 17 LPA by TCS, and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good labs, classrooms and Wi-Fi connections. Our college also has a good and green environment. Our college has an on-campus hostel facility for students. The mess serves good food for students. Our college also provides sports and gym facilities for students.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-trained. They have great knowledge and experience. Various industrial visits are also conducted by the college. Exams are conducted taken by RTMNU, so they regulate the passing marks. The syllabus has also been updated by the RTMNU. Sessional exams are difficult, but they are helpful because we get ready by the university. We find the paper very easy.
Other: In Nagpur, my college is the only one after VNIT, which have a great environment for learning. In our college, students are strictly required to sit in the classroom during lectures. If students are caught roaming on the campus without a valid reason, then action will be taken. Our branch has a robotics lab called the E-Yantra lab. Our college organises a national level technical event named Technex. Our college organises an annual event of the college named Insight. Various extracurricular activities are conducted by the department.

Infrastructure is good but the faculty is really strict. Placements are average.
Placements: Placement is not so good in our college. Even though the companies that come for placement are not big, not a lot of students get selected only maybe 60-70% students in total. Package ranges from 80k to 5 Lacs. Companies like Tata mahindra, jio, cognizant come for placement.
Infrastructure: Even though on the website it's mentioned we would get free Wi-Fi, it's a scam. Other facilities are not so great but fine. The food in girls hostel is terrible but in boys hostel it's time. Both hostels have a ground where we can play any sport like badminton or basketball.
Faculty: Not all teachers are good. They are more focused in completing the syllabus than students. A lot of teachers are partial here. Course and curriculum is decided by university so the faculty or college does not have a major say in it. Exams are difficult. Passing percentage is 40 out of which 20 is internal.
Other: College life is really good. Even though the college is strict one can find ways to make it fun. I wish the college was but more lenient as it gives major school vibes. We have an annual two day function called insight.

Satisfied but need to be improved .
Placements: Many students have been placed. Mostly Tata, jacobs, cybage etc were top recruiters. Many foreign companies approach for training and placement sector. Mostly software departments like computer engineering, information technology were the top recruiters. The students from Electronic and telecommunications are greatly placed.
Infrastructure: It is not at all good. We pay a lot but we get very little. It really need to be improved. College canteen offers 3 good food but its very costly. It need to be improved and need to be more hygienic. Rest the other facilities are good and satisfactory.
Faculty: The education here is way better. I will approach others to take admission and faculty here is best. Faculty takes great effort towards student and help us in any manner they can. Timely exams, test, sessional are regularly taken to avoid last-minute work.
Other: We have 4 to 5 fests in a year with lots of advancements and we are always eager to participate in it.
