Advanced syllabus and good placements.
Placements: The college provides quite good placements. Only final-year students can sit for placements. Companies like KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, ICICI Bank, and many other startup companies will be coming throughout the year. More students will be hired from the Commerce and Arts departments compared to the Science departments.
Infrastructure: The campus is not that big, but it is well-maintained and surrounded by trees. The classrooms are smart classrooms, and there is a well-established library, computer labs, science labs, etc. The college has 2-3 small auditoriums where various talks and workshops happen.
Faculty: The syllabus is advanced and will be updated once every three years. Most of the faculty members are highly qualified. Components like seminar presentations, assignments, and article writing, etc., as part of the internals, will help you gain more knowledge. There will be two written exams, from which the marks of one will be taken for internals.

Informative course that gives you a perfect blend of theoretical and practical knowledge.
Placements: They were hardly any companies that came in to recruit students from B.A. eco. Goldman Sachs, KPMG and RBS were the only companies and hardly 4 students were placed, out of which only 2 accepted the offer letter, I suppose. Salary offered 4 years back ranged between 20k to 30k, depending on the company.
Infrastructure: The labs and classrooms aren't equipped with great technological advancements but a decent in order to learn the basic requisites, depending on the course. The canteens are pretty decent and not of that great quality, but worth the penny. Hostels are maintained pretty well with much of discipline.
Faculty: The faculty is just amazing and the quality of the syllabus is outstanding and informative. The teachers are very friendly and has adequate knowledge of their respective subjects. Knowledge is something that I guarantee would be a major takeaway at the end of the course.

Stella Maris for a holistic experience.
Placements: Studying in this college opens up gates for so many placements and countless internships. Many of my classmates and friends have got internships in companies like Goldman Sachs, Google, HSBC and so on. So internships make you learn and work professionally at the same time. So mostly when you apply to intern in a company/ institution, you basically have to attend a preliminary written test (then group discussion) and finally a personal interview with the representatives.
Infrastructure: When coming to infrastructure, I can assure you that we have a good regulated library (though it may also have glitches sometimes) and a clean & sane canteen, dishes starting from south Indian to Chinese. No Wi-Fi. No sincere efforts are made to encourage the students for sports and games. The classrooms are good and well-maintained with speakers and computers for various purposes.
Faculty: The faculty members in my department are extremely helpful and they strive hard for excellence. Syllabus and books for studies are properly communicated to the students and the framework meets and satisfies (at least in my dept) the course work. Staff and the management as a whole encourage you to participate in various events and cultural activities.
Other: Looking for a college with good standards & affordable fees? Stella Maris is the right choice. It is a platform to unleash you inner potentiality, feel like a goddess and build up your personality. You will have a holistic experience as a whole. We have a list of very successful alumni to inspire you in all aspects. You feel the need to be empowered at least in one point of your life during your stay in Stella. So cheer up and choose SMC.

In pursuit of excellence in any field.
Placements: The placements are good but they are not open to all. Only a few students get placed. We get a job as an analyst and normally, 90% of them are not happy. The salary is satisfactory for most of the students and the selected students do have a good experience working with them.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. There are many facilities available to the students. The library is really useful. There are too many books to refer and it's always available. The food available In the canteen is really fresh and the surroundings are clean. It has a perfect environment to study. The classrooms are not so impressing but are manageable. A few students find it really difficult to sit in one-armed chairs. The hostel rooms are clean. Students are not allowed to use the mobile phones on the campus.
Faculty: The teachers are really good and helpful. The course curriculum is vast but it's really interesting and helps is us understand the reality better. All the teachers have a good knowledge of the subject and the teaching skills are really nice. There was no industry exposure for us but they did expose us to the micro and macro issues of the economy.

I am absolutely satisfied with the college. It is the best college.
Placements: The college has the best placements. They motivate the students to get enrolled in the placement. There are many companies which visit the campus for placement like Google, RBS, Goldman Sachs. There are many companies which offer an internship opportunity for the students. One of my friends got one lakh. These are very useful for the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is awesome and the classroom has projector facility. 24*7 medical facilities are available on the campus. It is huge and spacious. We love being on the campus. The canteen has very good food and a juice facility. The hostel rooms are neat and clean. The college has a good sports facility.
Faculty: The faculty members are awesome and easily approachable.
They are so friendly and they use different methods for teaching, which help students to build their capacity. Teachers understand the students and teach accordingly. We have a good experience with field work and it helps us a lot.
