Worth the money and time. It is tough being there but you'll never regret it.
Placements: There is the placement cell that takes care of the recruitment and placement. Interested students pay an amount as fees. They will be alerted from time to time. The CGC makes sure that each candidate gets two offers. Recruitment process may take place in campus or elsewhere. Everything will be informed earlier. Attendance will also be taken care of.
Infrastructure: Since the college functions from 7am to 6:30 pm, it cannot just ignore the infrastructure. The college provides for its students the best infrastructure and other facilities. Though it is not so appealing from the outside, the building is strong and serves the purpose. The campus is litter free. The college has several trees and plants that make it greener, cooler, and beautiful.
Faculty: Though the college is more like a tough nut to crack, the department is tougher. It has the best faculty who make sure that you rise up to the 'Stella Standard'. It is not easy at all. However, the teachers are friendly and approachable. They make you think and work. I BET you will never regret being a Stella Marian.
Other: The college is more academics oriented. Hence, 'fun' element may be much less compared to other colleges. However, the department is active.

Overall best college for M.A. in economics course.
Placements: Each year, around 77 percent of students successfully finished this course. The highest wage allowed was 11 LPA. The average salary was 7 LPA. The minimum wage offered was 3 LPA. The top recruitment firms were American Express, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank. Almost 70 percent of students had an internship in their third year. Credit manager, investment analyst, and others were among the top positions available.
Infrastructure: The food at the mess was clean and of high quality. The entire week’s cuisine was fairly precise in terms of scheduling. Fast Wi-Fi was available at the college, however daily data usage was restricted. The college had a lot of canteens with delicious meals.
Faculty: The instructors were helpful and well qualified (many had doctoral degrees) and were a sea of knowledge, but the delivery varied from professor to professor, some were excellent, while others were not. Courses followed the new syllabus, but the semester examinations in the engineering department were very rigorous, and 35 marks out of 100 were considered passed.
