B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2028

I suggest no one should join this college.
Placements: The percentage of students placed every year is very low, at most 40-50%. The highest package in the year 2024-2025 is 19 LPA, and the average package is very low in my college. Almost all internships in the year 2024-2025.
Infrastructure: The faculty and the infrastructure are not good in my course. All labs are good, but there is no Wi-Fi facility in the college. Classrooms are good, but there is no good library in the college. The facilities in the hostel were not good, although the quality of food was good.
Faculty: Teachers in this college are qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good, but the classroom environment is not so good. The semester exams are difficult, and the percentage of passes is too low, with most of them having arrears.

A supportive college with strong placements, quality infrastructure, and diverse extracurricular.
Placements: The placements here are above average, offering a promising start for students committed to their career growth. With a variety of companies visiting, students can secure good offers, but success heavily depends on personal focus, preparation, and confidence. The college provides ample support through training sessions and resources, but students who actively enhance their skills and stay dedicated achieve the best outcome. The highest package is 9 LPA, the lowest is 2.6 LPA, with an average of 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and HCL. The majority of roles are offered in software engineering.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course is excellent, with well-equipped labs, spacious classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comprehensive library. The hostel facilities are well-maintained, offering comfortable rooms, quality mess food, and a good canteen. Medical support, sports amenities, and recreational areas are also available, ensuring a balanced campus life.
Faculty: The faculty for the course is highly qualified, knowledgeable, and approachable, providing strong guidance to students. Teaching quality is commendable, with a curriculum that is relevant and aligned with industry needs, fostering readiness for professional roles. Exams are moderately challenging, with a high pass percentage due to consistent support from faculty and well-designed assessments.
Other: I chose AI due to its transformative impact across industries and its potential for innovation. The course offers a rich curriculum with hands-on projects, making it both exciting and practical. Key highlights include access to specialized labs, engaging hackathons, and strong faculty support. While connectivity and campus life are vibrant, I'd like to see more industry collaborations for internships and research. The campus crowd is diverse and enthusiastic, with many events and festivals fostering a lively atmosphere. Scholarships and extracurricular activities further enhance the experience.

Satisfied of the support provided by the management to achieve our goals.
Placements: Every year, about 40% of our students are placed in top MNCs like TCS, DBS, WIPRO, and DELTAX with an average package of 5 LPA. In addition, all students get an internship opportunity in various roles, such as full-stack developer, AI engineer, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The college has great computer labs that give a real IT environment. The library is excellent, and the food in the hostel is good, though they do serve the same meals every day. To encourage sports, the college holds a three-day sports meet every year. They also have a two-day cultural fest every year.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are knowledgeable and able to deal with the subjects they teach. However, it is up to the students to put in the effort to learn the material. Our college follows the curriculum of JNTU-Anantapur. For the batch that joined in 2024, they follow our college's own curriculum because our college became autonomous in 2024. In my opinion, the difficulty level of the semester exams is medium.

SVR Engineering College is the IT hub of all engineering colleges in Nandyal. It is the best.
Placements: In my college, there are CRT (Campus Recruitment Training) sessions where a lot of knowledge about placements is shared. These classes are conducted under the college to train people and prepare them for placements. This is a better opportunity to prove yourself.
Infrastructure: In our college, the hostel provides comfortable amenities and the food is good. The maintenance and regularity of the food timetable ensure well-planned meals. The hostel is well-equipped with essentials like fans, tube lights, and study facilities.
Faculty: In my college, the faculty members are friendly and teach the subjects well. They explain doubts thoroughly, helping students utilize these opportunities to improve self-confidence and technical skills.
Other: The college conducts various events, including freshers' parties, festivals, sports events like Super Nova, and Women’s Day celebrations spanning three days.

Everything to know about SVR.
Placements: I have chosen electronics and communication engineering at SVR College; almost 50 students were placed in my course.
The highest package is 7.5 LPA and the average is around 3 LPA.
Infosys, Delta, and TCl are the top recruiters.
Almost 20 percent of students get internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good in our college. The college has a separate block for each branch, the labs are large and the equipment is much better.
The hostel has a total 2 blocks in our college. The hostel is about 100 meters from our campus main gate, and the food is good.
Faculty: The teachers are pretty good in our college. The faculty has about 135 members; each block and branch has a separate instructor and separate faculty to teach.
The course is related to jobs and the outside market.
The pass percentage is about 35%, and the semester is a bit tough when compared to other autonomous colleges near us.
Other: I chose this course because it has both opportunities to get a job in IT sector and core subject.
A bit of large classroom space would be helpful.
The events are good in our campus like dilana, farewell, and fresher, which are conducted annually.

I am dissatisfied regarding placements in 2023, really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: In an average there is only 30% of students were placed out of 100 percentage. The highest package offered from our college is 7lpa last year. Coming to internships, everyone will get internship which are unstipened. Coming to the roles in Computer Science and Engineering there are two courses one is CSE and the other is AI.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was amazing, classes and labs are also good, cafeteria looks good, sports are also provided to the students in our college. In our College there is a good ground available to play cricket, volleyball and all other games. Coming curricular activities like dance and anchoring and some other activities will also be provided.
Faculty: Faculty was not so amazing, I will say just good about that. Coming to exams, that will be conducted very strictly and cleanly. Coming to Faculty there no. Of faculaties were high but there are no experienced faculty members in our college. Our examination will strictly Conducted by our MD Mr. Dinesh Reddy sir.
