Tripura Institute of Technology is the best college with best faculty members and infrastructure.
Placements: About 50% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like BSNL, PRAN, etc., hire students from campus. About 50-60% of the students got internships from our course in the above companies. Top roles offered are as an account manager and employee.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities and infrastructure for our course. Our classrooms are much developed and are very good. We have Wi-Fi facility as well as smart class, help us in learning. Our hostel facilities are much appreciated as there is a good canteen, medical and sports facilities.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and qualified. Many of them are highly educated and are many degrees holders like double PhD, physics honours, etc. They teach us comfortably and well to make us understand easily. Our teachers are very helpful as well and much concerned for us.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a mechanical engineer, and it is my dream to become a part of a mechanism as it is very exciting and helpful. The best thing about this is to do the lab and workshops and project that helps us to know about the mechanism. There are many events held in our college every year like Ishaaniya, which is a huge event in our college, and we enjoy this every year. We also get many scholarships from college that makes us more interesting. There are also some extracurricular activities, like sports, dance, debate, etc.

Satisfied with my college.
Placements: Around 10 to 20 students last year got placed. Few got their jobs, in power grid, where the package is of 1 Lacs per month, but they were of electric branch. Mechanical isn't well suited for placement jobs. For my course placement isn't that good, so most of our seniors prepare for future competitive exams or further studies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty good for all branches, along with Wi-Fi, labs etc. But hostel facility isn't available. Hostel may be available in recent years but now atleast. The food provided in the canteen is pretty good and value for money which includes mostly snacks and lunch items.
Faculty: Teachers are pretty qualified and knowledgeable. Courses are curriculum relevant and they do make us industry ready. The teachers are always ready to help you, and all of them are pretty qualified according to college norms. The curriculum provide is good too.
Other: I am from B.Tech mechanical engineering. College campus is pretty good. Our college fest is named " ISHAANYA" which is full of dance, sports, music along with several extracurricular activities.

Overall, the college is very good.
Placements: Almost 30 to 40% of the students got placed. The salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Companies which visited here for recruitment are not that big. The education system is very good as compared to other private colleges. Many students got an internship from a private training centre by paying from their self.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good, and the studies are very satisfying. Practical machines are properly working, but Wi-Fi is not much available on the college campus. There is no hostel in this institute. Canteen food is not good because it is run by some local people, and it is not proper hygiene.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful in every difficulty, and they always try to give us the best lecture. They are highly qualified and have enough knowledge. Everything we are studying theoretically and has done it on the practical machine also. The course we are studying is quite similar to other private institutes.
Other: I wish the college to provide a good Wi-Fi connection on the college campus and also to provide a good canteen for tiffin in leisure time. From my childhood, I want to become a mechanical engineer, so I have chosen this course.

Our college has a good infrastructure and a beautiful campus and facilities.
Placements: Around 35%-40% of the students from our course got placed. The average salary package offered in our course ranges from 3 LPA-5 LPA. In the previous year, ONGC, NIPCO, and Power Grid recruited some students from our course. Around 70%-80% of the students do their internships in government authorised companies and organisations. The assistant engineer role is offered in our course.
Infrastructure: In the previous year, our course is accredited by NBA for 3 years, i.e., up to 2021. Classrooms are very updated and very much hygiene, and the atmosphere is good in classrooms. Wi-Fi facility is also available in our classroom. Labs are suitable for every experiment, and all instruments and machines are available in our labs. Books are available in our library, and the digital display board is also available in smart classrooms. The hostel facility is not available now, but after a few years, it will be provided.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very much helpful. They try to complete the total syllabus by the time of exams. Their teaching quality is very much good, and they are knowledgeable. Their teaching is good and understandable. This course curriculum is relevant for students, and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is a vast marketing source for jobs, and it is based on basic physics, which is easy for students to qualify in JEE exam in this course. Some books are not updated, so they should be updated. Fests and extracurricular activities conducted here are good. The campus crowd and its connectivity and surroundings are also good. Scholarships provided are also good for students.

Our college provides good infrastructure, serves quality and hygienic food, and a charming campus.
Placements: Around 40% of the students got placed from college. The salary packages offered ranges from 2.5 LPA - 5 LPA. Top companies like ONGC, Neepco, GAIL, Reliance, Hindustan Petroleum and Mahindra visit our campus for recruitment. Around 60-70% of students got internships in government authorized companies & private companies also.
Infrastructure: Facilities available in our college are quite good. We have Wi-Fi in classrooms and buildings. Labs are well-coordinated. Different machines are also available in various workshops. Classrooms are neat & clean, Digital displays are also available for smart classes. Libraries are also available for different branches.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well qualified, knowledgeable, and very much helpful for our queries. They always try to solve our problems and queries. Sometimes they repeat their lectures so that we can understand it clearly and clear all our doubts.
Other: I opted for this course because among all engineering branches mechanical engineering is my favorite and it's also a core branch. In this course, we are dealing with different machines so that we have to work on different workshops.

The college is good with the infrastructure and facilities. Placements are not good here.
Placements: Only 10-20% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges between 3-4 LPA. Percentage of students who got an internship is very low. Only 1 or 2 students in a specific batch go an internship, but every student does training from different companies or government sectors.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the department is good. The college provides Wi-Fi facility for students. Classrooms are properly maintained. The library facility is also good, and we get all the books from the library. The college does not provide hostel facility. The canteen available in our college is quite good. Students play different types of sports and games provided by the college.
Faculty: Teachers in our department are qualified and highly knowledgeable. They are very much helpful. Most of the teachers teach us in our mother language, so it helps us to understand the topics easily. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready.
Other: The best thing about our course is we are doing a professional degree with low cost with the help of the government. I wish the college should improve labs. The college organises tech fest every year. Many types of extracurricular activities are conducted by the students. Scholarship facility is also good as it is a government college.

Most of the students of our college are not satisfied because of not having good placements.
Placements: About 50% of the students from our course were placed. The salary package offered was 3 LPA, and it is varying in all ways until now. There are no top recruiting companies for our course yet. About 10 students got internships in Jadavpur University.
Infrastructure: Labs in our college are very good, and the classrooms and library are also very good. But the Wi-Fi facility is not very much better as it is very poor. Our college didn't provide hostel facility, but the construction is going on to build the hostel, especially for girls. The food served in the canteen is good, and less medical facilities are available compared to all other facilities. However, sports and games facilities are good.
Faculty: All the teachers here are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of some faculty members is excellent, and some teachers are PhD holders with excellent performance. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready in their own ways.
Other: I have chosen this course to help society and for industrial development. I wish that our college should improve the doing of projects. Events, fests and extracurricular activities are organised on time. Scholarships are provided on time.

Overall, Tripura Institute of Technology is a good government engineering college in North India.
Placements: There is a placement centre in the college, and it is active right now. But good companies are not interested in visiting our campus. I don't know why they don't visit our college. Last year, Power Grid company visited the campus to hire students of the electrical engineering department. Even another company named Go Speedy Go visited the campus to hire students of the mechanical engineering department.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good right now when compared with any other private engineering colleges in Tripura. There are digitals aids available in labs and classrooms. They teach through PPTs. But there is a lack of sports infrastructure.
Faculty: All the faculty members are highly qualified, and last year, some faculty members who have completed their degree from IITs joined this college. The faculty members are very much helpful, and they improve the mentality of all students. They always encourage the students. Overall, the faculty members and course curriculum are very good.
Other: It is an AICTE recognised college, and they follow all the instructions given by AICTE.
