B.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2020
4.2
Our college has well satisfying teachers and facilities.
Placements: In civil engineering, there is a lot of scopes related to the construction field. According to the past few years, a good number of placements were conducted in our college. The highest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA. Many good companies like Surya Vanchars, TCS, Wipro visiting Truba from the last few years. A very good number of students did their project and internships in good platforms like Bansal Construction. Our college offered a good number of placements for the last batch.
Infrastructure: Our college has a very good atmosphere for students because it is a ragging-free campus where students enjoy their college life with freedom. Many types of facilities were provided by our college management. There is a huge canteen in which the food served is very good. Truba is one of the best colleges in terms of sports because it won many prizes in cricket and also in football. Overall this campus is very good for students.
Faculty: Very well behaved faculty members are available here, and also the quality of knowledge providing according to the field is very maintained. There are well-educated professors. Most importantly, all the staff members are always ready to help students and can provide all important details related to their field. They also guide students in a proper manner. Faculty members are highly educated.
Other: I like construction, so I chose this field. The best thing about this field is that the construction will improve day by day. In civil engineering, a good number of government sectors are also available to get jobs.

Overall it is not so good college according to me.
Placements: 1. 10-15% students got placement offeres. 2. Highest salary-3.6 lpa. The lowest- 1.2 lpa. Average - 1.6 lpa was offered to the students. 3. TCS was the top recruiter. 4. Operator roles were offered. 6. Hardly any student got internship. Same company comes every year but hardly choose any student.
Infrastructure: 1. Facilities that provided in my course is good, they have proper equipment for every sub. Classroom was also good, Wi-Fi is also good, library is nice and up to date. 2. This college don't have its own hostel, canteen food is awesome, sufficient palace for sports and game.
Faculty: 1. Some teacher are highly qualified and have good command on the subject. But they are very few in strength. Most of the teachers are just passed out form their master degree and start teaching so they have lack of knowledge. 2. Yes this course is curriculum relevant and students are ready for industry.
Other: 1. I choose this course because I'm passionate about it. And also want to become a Civil engineer. The best thing about this course is that you can see things around you. This is very serious job because many lives is in your hand. 2. I wish practical knowledge must be improved. 3. Every semester end there is an event organized by college.

3.4
Absolutely satisfied with faculty & college organisation. Really google infrastructure.
Placements: My journey of college was started in 2015 & that time the trend of engineering was too good. I choose civil engineering. In our batch ( 2015 to 2019 ) almost 90 percent of the seats were full in civil branch due to good demand of engineering. As compare to other branches civil has less placement, as you know that very few construction company hire fresher civil engineer so many of student attained it, marketing company interview etc. Recruiting company in my branch had came savera ventures as I know. This company is work on precast structures & provide average package to students but very few students got selected almost 4 out of 60 students. Every students need to do internship it's very compulsory. And almost all students did there internship in my batch.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of my college was good & I have no issue with that & facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classroom, library is average ( theek hai). I don't know about hostel because I had a room. But my some friends live in hostel they said quality & quantity of food was good I also had lunch with them.
Faculty: Teachers of our college were good specially from our branch they have good theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge too. They visit our site for practical knowledge in field. Also go for trip for company visit & we enjoyed a lot. Well faculty for civil branch.
Other: I choose civil engineering because when I was in school I loved to watch megastructure on tv. That's why I choose civil engineering. They need to improve their lab equipment & instrument that's it.

Review of Truba Institute of Engineering and Information Technology.
Placements: Placements in this college were not assured. No student was placed in 2018. In 2017, only 3 students were placed. In 2016, only 6 to 7 students got placed. T&P department in our college doesn't care at all. Placements for the students of the civil department were poor.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was neither good nor bad. For the students of 1st year, a separate building was allocated. That building was very good as far as its infrastructure is concerned. But for the students of the rest of the years, the infrastructure was really poor. Our college has no proper classrooms, labs and machines.
Faculty: A few faculty members of our college were good, but the rest of them were temporary faculty members, and they keep on changing. You cannot even predict who is the faculty member and who is the student. They even hire students who just passed out of college. We don't even have faculty members for some subjects.
Other: Our college also organises many events, fests and other activities if they have the budget. In 2015, our college didn't organise fresher's party due to the lack of budget. It is mandatory to maintain a minimum attendance percentage or else you will be charged some money.

Overall, a good college with sufficient amount of facilities required to build our future.
Placements: Truba is known for its placement, as it's abbreviated as king of placements in Madhya Pradesh. Many well-reputed companies like Reliance Industries, Tata Consultancy, Wipro, Hexaware, and many others are the recruiters for Truba with an average package of Rs. 3,00,000 per annum offered to our seniors. There are a separate training and placement cell in the college to take care of the students future in the corporate world.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure facilities are pretty well as the campus is green and one of the cleanest as I noticed during my graduation. The classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated. Some classes are also equipped with a smart projector. The software labs are well-maintained, and there are properly equipped computers. There is a Wi-Fi facility for each student. There are 5 gardens, a big playground, and a big library with 2 auditoriums and conference halls in this college.
Faculty: Truba offers various engineering courses like civil, mechanical, electronic, electrical, computer science, etc., with well-trained staff and highly qualified faculty members. They are very helpful to the student with great command on their respective subjects. There are around more than 180 faculty members for 3000 students. The college also provides outer world exposure to students by site visiting and training while the teaching methods are not one of the best, but still, it is above average.
Other: The best thing about Truba is that it offers high-quality education with some best extracurricular activities for the student. One of the main highlights is the Truba youth fest, which is one of its kind. It's a 4 days annual fest held on the campus. Truba has its own football, cricket teams and engaged in various other sports activities.

Good infrastructure and facilities along with faculty members.
Placements: This college is under RGPV University and have very less placement for Civil Engineers. Only 10% of students are placed from civil at an annual package of 3-4 Lacs. I we talk about internship from college then about 20-30% got internship. There is a placement cell in college. It is very efficient for the students of CS IT EC because the placement for these branches are comparatively high.
Infrastructure: If we talk about the infrastructure of college then there is every kind of facility available for the student. Wi-Fi campus with Wi-Fi in library and canteen too. Good campus for the students who are interested in sports as there is a tournament organised by different colleges in Bhopal and every type of game is allowed in that. Well mentioned lab for all branches specially for civil as this college has best faculty and machines for labs and lectures.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified some are Ph.D. holder and some of them have M.Tech in particular subject and have good methodology of teaching along with a good experience. There is almost 14-18 faculty in every department including lab assistant. Every Saturday a field visit or a study trip is organised by the college.

Truba Institute of Engineering and Information Technology, Bhopal Gandhinagar road.
Placements: I was very thankful for this college who has the good relationships with the companies. The training and placement officer who has a good reputation in the market for the good environment job. Meanwhile, we also get calls for the industrial training calls from the companies to attend the various workshops for the betterment and gain of knowledge in the future. Our TPO is a very kind-hearted person, and he is very friendly to every student's, and also he has told us if you suffer any problem you can call me directly.
Infrastructure: This college consists of 6 major branches civil, mechanical, electronic communications, electrical, computer science, information technology. These all branches have their lab and department. Our college is having 50 buses for the picking and dropping at home for the students and teachers. We have two big grounds for playing. We have a separate library for the 1st year and a separate building for the 1st year block. A big library is available for other student's. We have three canteens, and also we have PNB ATM service on our campus.
Faculty: All the faculty are not just degree holders. All are PhD or masters in their subjects. I am from civil branch my HOD got 25 years of experience from this college and this year she gets lifetime coach award for the teaching from the University - RGPV. All civil branches with B.E have 4 years of course, and our college provides the M.Tech facility which consists of 2 years.
Other: Every year we are organising 3 fests, one is cultural fest, tech fest and annual fest. The fees depend upon the branch and also depends upon the marks obtained in New Mains exam.

It's a good college. Fairly satisfied because of placement.
Placements: I am not selected but 10% of the batch students were selected. My seniors were also selected. The packages were low at 2-3 lakh per annum offered. There is no core civil engineering based company. They mainly recruit as an intern. 1-2 students did internship from the college.
Infrastructure: Its infrastructure is good. There is a good lab, canteen, library, auditorium, sports ground, Wi-Fi facility, etc. present on the campus. The lab and classrooms are good. I do not stay in the hostel so I don't know much but it's good. There's no infrastructure issue faced.
Faculty: My experience with the faculty members was good. They are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. There's 50:1 ratio of teachers and students. No industry exposure. The curriculum is helpful. The teachers taught well with projector screens and Powerpoint presentations sometimes.
