Absolutely educational and world-class university.
Placements: At least 60% of the students got placed from my batch, and 80% of my seniors got placed. The others got placed through off-campus placements, and some of the students wanted to do post-graduation. So, they went to other countries or states. Many companies, like Infochip, LG, TCS, etc., visited the campus for placements. There is a placement department in our college which manages everything related to placements.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good, well furnished and ventilated. Labs are air-conditioned and have internet connectivity. Food offered in the canteen is excellent and clean. Hostel rooms are well furnished and have proper airflow. A doctor is available on the campus, but he comes only at night.
Faculty: Professors are very helpful and qualified. They use powerpoint presentations to explain many complicated things in short so that we can understand easily. Industrial visits are organised every year, so we could know the working atmosphere that we are going to join after graduation. There were 9-15 faculty members in each department.
Other: The college has many facilities for extracurricular activities like cricket, football, swimming pool, table tennis, gym, tennis court and badminton court. The campus has more than a thousand trees which keep the atmosphere clean and green. The cleanliness on the campus is world-class. Scholarships are awarded to students who acquire 1st, 2nd and 3rd ranks in respective stream and class. There are many events organised on the campus such as annual day, Convergence etc.

I am a bit dissatisfied with the placements of EC students, and the crowd is the best.
Placements: Many companies visited our campus to offer placements. The placements were good but not up to the mark as we expected. The college is performing very well, but the placements are the best only for computer and IT engineering students. We expected a lot for electronics students getting placed. TCS, L&T, etc., companies visited our campus to offer placements. For our branch, E-Infochips visited, but it wasn't up to the mark. Even LG company visited the college to recruit the students, but none of the students got placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent. I loved studying in this college. It was very comfortable just like a home with good people around, and the staff were superb. The activities were conducted in a very great manner. The best time of my life was the days I studied in college. Labs were air-conditioned and have computers and the equipment of very good quality. We enjoyed learning there. We were even allowed for games and sports activities by which many of them could showcase their talents. The canteen was the best one. Every kind of food was available even for the people who do fasting. Classrooms were the best one built in a very beautiful way.
Faculty: The faculty members were highly educated. They taught us many things rather than teaching the things present only in the books. They cooperated with us very well. They were so good to us that we would never hesitate to ask them any doubts. They have been helpful to us all the time. I was quite impressed with the attitude of teachers. They were really good.

Main point about the college campus is that it spreads over 300 acres of space.
Placements: 80% of the students are placed in our college. TCS, L&T, Infosys, Google, Microsoft, E-info chips, Wipro and many well-known companies come here for the students. College also provides internships in well-known companies to get a better experience. Students can also apply for off-campus interviews.
Infrastructure: UPVCE is on 25 acres, while entire education campus contains more than 300 acres. The campus holds separate hostel for male and female students and offers dinning and shopping facilities. The campus features green spaces and solar powered street lights.
Faculty: UVPCE offer courses like computer science engineering, information technology, electronics and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, biomedical engineering, civil engineering and marine engineering. It also offers masters in computer application course.
Other: Many events are organised by the college like convergence or tech-fest in which students from the campus and also from other colleges can participate in the technical events. Wi-Fi is also given to hostel students, and also in college hours, Scholarship is also given to students according to their academic result.

Its is an excellent platform for students. You can give shape to your life.
Placements: My college is a part of Ganpat University Mahesana. UVPCE is a good college with experienced faculty and more supportive. Yes. In this College placement activity organized by placement officer. Recently many of companies visited for engineering students l8ke LG, Samsung, info Chris, and GPTL etc. Abd many of students placed. So its a good college in Gujarat.
Infrastructure: All the staff of college as well as teacher all are very supportive. Evey Branch has its on area divided in building. There are two building for only engineering students. Maximum faculty are experienced more than 15 years and they has been completed their Ph.D. in the respected field.
Faculty: Everything is fine and according to students making their life better. All faculty are well qualified at least M.Tech and 70% are completed their Ph.D. So their is no problem with teaching faculty. Yes HOD of respected branch organized industrial visit at fix interval of time.
Other: Their ate so many techniqual and non techniquial event organized. Last week our college organized conversion 2k18 which is an techniqual event. Which is going days. Their aie ao many non technical event. Recently Ganpat University organised SAUFEAT 2K18. In those event tier are 11 south Asian countries university participated. And it goes 4 days.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placement, really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Some students are placed in MNC companies, and some are placed in good positions. The college aims 100% placement in the campus interviews. My college and my department are always helpful for me and always support and always guide me in right way.
Infrastructure: There is central Wi-Fi on the entire campus. Also, hostel facilities are available on campus for girls and boys. I especially will talk about the food. There is tasty and healthy food. All the labs in the college are in working conditions, and all practicals are performed. The college does all outdoor activities.
Faculty: All teachers are very helpful, and some were IIT graduates and experienced faculty members with good knowledge. About teaching quality, I will personally give 9 out of 10. They are using modern teaching methods. The student to faculty bond was like two close friends. Our college arranges an industrial visit in the odd semester.
Other: Uthfest, conversion, sports events, etc. are available, and all students participate in many events.

Totally satisfied with the department. Not happy with placements. Amazing infrastructure and labs.
Placements: The placements are too good for electronics and communication department as far as UV Patel is concerned, few companies like Einfochip, TCS, Shajanand Laser and Masibus used to come regularly for placements. If we compare the total number of placed students, the average is very low as compared to CE/IT. Usually, 15-20% student get placed.
Infrastructure: As far as Infrastructure is concerned, Ganpat University stands number 1 in western Gujarat. It's famous for its lush green campus. ECE department has everything, and that too, with the latest instruments. There is Wi-Fi also in the entire department. Various labs with Hitech instruments, VLSI (software lab), IOT lab, Antenna and Embedded labs are amazing. Particularly Antenna Lab has got some really good equipment and instruments. As far as the library is concerned, it has a great collection of engineering books by national and international authors. AC facilities are not there in the library.
Faculty: The faculty are pretty good and very cooperative. Half of the faculty have done their PhD. Under the leadership of Prof. Rohit Patel (HOD), the department is performing wonderfully and achieving a milestone every year. The faculty used to make PPTs for making a better understanding of concepts. Teaching wise, there is no doubt, and it's the best department, and the professors have some really innovative techniques to make the concept understood by the students. ECE department organises two industrial training for each and every batch. Usually, Dudhsagar dairy in one of them.
Other: Convergence is the technical festival, in which all the departments have their own logical and technical games, and the most successful and amazing ones are from ECE department, no doubts in that. The campus crowd is mixed with 70% Mehsana local and 30% Ahmedabad students. Gujarat language is preferred everywhere. The university has now got OFO bikes, for internal transportation of this huge campus. It's a pretty good feature, which feels as if you are in foreign university.

Ganpat University could not have provided me with a better experience of the university life
Placements: Companies come and hire a few students, it's always based on your department. It's up to you, I would say. The college doesn't play any special role. They stop the students from appearing for another placement once they are hired. That shows that the college never wants to see anyone at a good place and progressing in their life.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are available for a sum of INR 12000 for one year with the first-time security deposit of INR 3000. There are two, three, and four-seater rooms. The mess fee is INR 19000 for a year. The food here is good. We have a technical fest around Jan or Feb and university calls it Convergence. It's an event of the college but the college always has a budget problem even after collecting huge fees. The college takes money from the students too.
Faculty: Most of our faculty members have PhD. Others are have completed M.Tech and are having enough teaching experience. I would say that the faculty members are pretty focused on our studies and are going out of their way to help us gain knowledge. They often conduct extra lectures in order to make us understand properly. The curriculum is designed to help the students develop their skills and knowledge of their fields of learning. Much emphasis is given to practical learning in the lab sessions. The institute takes research initiative, and various seminars and workshops activities are also organised. Electives are semester wise. The course is designed to make the students well aware of the industry.
Other: I came here after writing Joint Entrance Examination. The merit list was prepared and Ganpat University- UVPCE was listed as one of the colleges I could opt for to pursue my B.Tech. I came to know more about this university through one of my relatives here. I got into ECE field after much research.

Worthless education, poor location and bogus placements!
Placements: Poorest thing ever for this college. Our placement officer Mr Mukesh Khanna has got the tie ups with only a few companies that are TCS, E-info chips and Reliance Jio. Our college recruits a batch of 140 students out of which only 10 students get placed. TCS takes 2 may be maximum 3 candidates from each batch and offers a package of 3 lakh per annum with a minimum 70% criteria throughout. E-infochips takes around 3 to 4 candidates from each batch with a package of 2.1 LPA but that also they allocate you out of state with no accommodation with 2 years of bond with security amount of 2 LPA. Last is Reliance Jio that takes 8 to 10 students from each batch which is maximum as compared to all other MNCs. They provide around 16k per month with an on-field job. Rest of the students without placements remain stranded.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is okay and is not that high as per fees charged by the college. The main disadvantage of the college is that it is in the remote area and in middle of the Mehsana Highway was minimal transportation facility. The interiors of the college are good and students can hang out with their mates. U. V Patel is within Ganpat University which has a group of colleges under its premises. The U. V. Patel college is quite far from the main entrance of the university that is around 300 meters. The canteen is quite bogus with no decent service and no good available eatable options. The food is priced quite high as per items quality and service. Further, there are no trees within the campus as compared to other colleges but we do have a lot of green gardens where students study in exam time. Also note, there are no ACs planted apart from the computer lab and classrooms are quite hot that will make you sweaty. The classrooms are not clean and are untidy. And the last thing is that college may be a central WiFi but they do not provide it to students which are falsely mentioned in the website.
Faculty: The faculty members of the college are good and supportive. The education provided in college is average as per fees charged. For a bit of thing, the college will make you purchase from its college compound even if it's expensive. Further, regarding the project laboratories, they have all types of circuits and machinery. The systems are installed with all types of necessary software required for the main field. Regarding the theoretical portion, as college is deemed they have included quite a number of worthless subjects, each in a semester which could have been eliminated which results in the burden of education. If in case you have a bad relationship which the particular subject's professor make sure you would not pass in that subject. I personally overheard a professor saying that he had a list of students who didn't have good attendance that would not clear that subject which was including me. I failed in that as I had attended not enough lectures. Apparently, there are some professors who would help students to clear the subject if in case, the subject is quite hard to crack. The annual technical activities are good and are named as convergence. Due to the remote location of the college and bad reputation, students from over different colleges do not participate in the tech fest convergence. Particularly on that day, students love to stay home against going to college that day.
