Overview of College and faculty members.

Placements: Placement is not quite good. Depends on the SPI & CPI. It is like sometimes Students can get a very nice placement as per their knowledge. But the students don't have any practical knowledge and maybe due to that companies have lost interest in this college.

Infrastructure: According to me, Infrastructure is the worst. Because their is no sport facility and even no maintenance. There is not even a Badminton court. And was a volleyball court but they didn't maintain it quite well. They just need to provide a stage for talent from every corner.

Faculty: Some of the faculty members has a good knowledge and experience but there is a lack of communication between faculty and students. Most of the faculty members are young which lacks in experience. The course is never completed in any semester. Teaching quality is bad and notes are not provided by college.

Absolutely good because of faculty, placements in last year.

Placements: The placements of this college are good. Companies like IFFCO, Torrent Power, Gujarat Electrical Board etc. visit our college every year, and there are some other companies which are just okay, and they don't pay the salary that we recommend. But, this college provides the placements within the campus.

Infrastructure: The Kalol Institute of technology and research centre is provided with each and every facility. There are different buildings for every branch, and there is Wi-Fi network available throughout the campus. There's a library where we can borrow books from the field related and some general knowledge books too. There's also a hospital within the campus.

Faculty: All the faculty members are well-qualified, and they have a great knowledge. Their teaching style is very friendly and understandable. They even arrange some field related visits and trips which are very helpful for practical knowledge. All I can say is, the faculty is good.

Not much worth regarding the placements. Otherwise, a good option.

Placements: The placement in our college is not at all good. The college is back in the top list of colleges that are ranked according to their placement ratios. Regarding the placement rate, it is 50% to 55%. The average salary offered is around Rs. 2.5 lakhs. None of the famous companies visited our college.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure. The college is well-maintained. We have a giant campus. It has many good facilities like a cricket ground and a ground for the other games, a library, the labs, the workshops, an auditorium, the classrooms, a canteen, etc. The quality of the food available in the canteen is good.

Faculty: The faculty of our college is good. They have good knowledge and skills along with the experience they carry. They are helpful to all the students. Some faculty members have the very best nature and are always friendly with us. The student to faculty ratio is 60:1. The course curriculum is useful but is outdated for some subjects.

Familiar campus with good infrastructure.

Placements: Our college organised placements for our senior batch of IT, EC and non-technical courses. In this placement, about 40-50% students were placed. From our college, students did not get the internship. For technical courses, our college placement cell informs about different company recruitments to attend that. So in placements, I will give 3 stars out of 5.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure which includes 70 to 80 student- capacity classrooms, different course labs, a big-size library, a basketball court and a volleyball ground. Our college campus has one big multi-speciality hospital and also a canteen with quality food. Our college has greenery with different plants and trees and also well-maintained gardens. In infrastructure, I will give 4 stars out of 5.

Faculty: KIRC campus has highly qualified faculty members who are helpful to students in every subject. They have unique teaching methods so the student can easily understand. 30:1 was the student to faculty ratio of our college. Our college organised industry visits every year to students for facilitating with industry work, which are useful to students for projects and research paperwork. In faculty and course curriculum, I will give 4 stars out of 5.

Other: In our college every year, cultural festivals and tech fests are organised and also a sports week. Our college sports team participates in different sports in the university level and also win prizes.

Dissatisfied with placement opportunities.

Placements: Placements in our college are average but not bad. I did not hear my senior getting placements in top listed companies. Hardly 10 percent were placed after getting the degree. The lowest that was offered was thirty-five hundred. The highest, as far asI have heard, was not more than twenty thousand per month.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, but Wi-Fi is not accessible here. Labs are not perfectly situated as I was always feeling tired when I went there. I do not know whether medical facilities were available or not. Sports and games premises are good as compared to other colleges. The quality of classroom is good but I didn't like the lab at all.

Faculty: Faculty of KIRC are very honest and friendly with all the students. They always tried to teach from the basics which is understandable to all. They cover all the topics for future use, not only for the exam purpose. The teaching method is not different from other colleges but it is very good. I did not get any industry exposure.

Other: My college campus is not developed. Its overall review from my side is average because the placement is not available as per students' outcome. The campus infrastructure is good, but the canteen needs to be rebuilt. Overall, the experience in KIRC is good and user-friendly.
