Candidates seeking admission in a MSc course of UCS Hyderabad must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. The aspirants who are BSc or a valid bachelor's degree pass can apply for admission. At the time of admission and form filling, candidates must hold the important documents for verification purposes. 

Osmania University offers postgraduate programmes in the areas of arts, commerce, science, education, law, mass communication, and more. These programmes include the MA, M.Com, M.Sc, Integrated M.Sc, MSW, M.Ed, MCJ, LLM, M.Li.Sc, M.P.Ed. Graduation is the primary requirement for admission to Osmania University's postgraduate programme. For entry into MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MSW, or M.Li.Sc programmes, applicants must have completed their undergraduate degrees in the respective discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 40%. Admission to the MA, M.Sc., M.Com, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, MCJ, MSW, M.Li.Sc., and LL.M. programmes is contingent on passing the university's OUCET exam.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is an entrance exam for Undergraduate and Post-graduate studies, standardised by the goverment and conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which also happens to conduct few other large scale examinations including JEE-mains and NEET. 

There are many colleges who have opted to take admissions only on the basis of scores in CUET and Osmania University happens to be among them. So, yes, CUET is required for Osmania University.

There is no other alternative for attending the internal exams. One have to attend the exam only on the scheduled dates given by the university. The exams are not conducted again for anyone. If anyone doesn't attend they will loose the internal marks.

The atmosphere of the university is quite friendly one can clarify their doubts and questions with the faculty after the admission process is done they will guide the students with their drawbacks. The seniors are also helpful. It would be great if the person is well versed with the curriculum for better understanding of the subject. 

Yes. There is reservation system released by the CPGET exam board. The seats are divided category wise and other than that for few courses like Genetics, Microbiology, Biochemistry there are Regular seats and paid seats. The regular seats are 6 and other 18 would be paid seats based on the ranks in CPGET exam. But few courses like EnvironmentalScienceand the Biotechnology courses the university only offers paid seats and no regular seats are available for such courses. category-wise reservations are applicable.

The hostel food at the college is good. The hygiene is maintained and the mess provides morning breakfast and lunch and also dinner with fruit and an egg. There are non-veg meals too which will be served weekly twice or thrice at dinner timings. 2 curries and dal are mandatory for lunch. 

The Faculty at the university are good. All of them are Phd graduates and also with many years of research experiences at reputed research centres like CCMB, ICMR, etc. They are friendly and also guide you through your project. They also arrange few Talks by reseafrch scientists at the university for our clear understanding. Firld trips for few experiments and a lot more. Overall experienced and great.

It is same as other universities. The marking system is not different. The 2 internal marks in each semester along with record and practical and theory exam marks are calculated. From the two internal marks obtained the average is calculated and the rest will be added bsed on the students performance in the semesters. The credits are given based on the attendance, discipline and the participation of the student and so on.
