Candidates seeking admission in a MSc course of UCS Hyderabad must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. The aspirants who are BSc or a valid bachelor's degree pass can apply for admission. At the time of admission and form filling, candidates must hold the important documents for verification purposes. 

College have many different courses. I am a genetics graduate and I can specifically speak about the lifeSciencestream. The college have many varied courses and also multi disciplinary courses like biomedical engineering, B.Tech in Textile biotechnology and also have classical courses like Biochemistry, microbiology and so on. All the departments are equipped so mostly all the course are excelled in their own way. All the departments conduct their own international conferences every year and projects by students. Based on the induvidualinterestyou can choose the course.

University College of Science, Osmania University does not offer direct admission to a course. Aspirants are either required to fulfil the merit requirement or appear for an entrance exam for admission. The selection criteria will vary as per the course. Candidates applying for UG courses are offered seat through Telangana State Online Services for Students (TS DOST). For MCA, candidates need to qualify TSICET. Admission to MSc is based on CPGET conducted by Osmania University.

University College of Science, Osmania University admissions are both merit and entrance-based. The college selects candidates for UG courses based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants applying for MSc and MCA need to qualify CGPET and TSICET, respectively. Once the selection process is over, candidates are allocated seats via TS DOST to UG courses. Selected aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college.

There is no other alternative for attending the internal exams. One have to attend the exam only on the scheduled dates given by the university. The exams are not conducted again for anyone. If anyone doesn't attend they will loose the internal marks.
