Placements: Placements are not the strongest point for every course here. For professional studies like law or commerce, students do get companies visiting campus, but for humanities, the focus is more on academics than jobs. The placement cell still guides with interviews, career choices, and training. Many students prefer going for higher education or civil services.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent, with classrooms that have proper seating and ventilation. The library has a wide collection, which is very useful for research. Labs are functional, and basic needs are taken care of in hostels. Canteen food is hygienic, though limited in variety. There are also playgrounds and open areas that keep the campus lively.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and try to connect lessons with real-life examples. They are approachable for doubts and give individual attention when needed. Exams are designed to check understanding rather than memorization. If students study regularly, clearing papers is not difficult. The academic culture motivates consistency and curiosity in learning.

Vasant Kanya Mahavidyalaya BHU.

Placements: Placements are not really a big part of my course, so I did not get to experience that side. I mainly joined because of my interest in archaeology and the subjects offered here. The college is well known for literature and general studies, but since it does not run management or engineering programmes, placement opportunities are limited. There is a cell for guidance, yet I feel it needs to be stronger. Overall, it is a good institution for academic knowledge.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are spacious and well ventilated, and the campus is surrounded by greenery, which makes it peaceful. There are enough facilities for students to study comfortably. I have not used the hostel myself, but I have been told it is fine. The canteen offers affordable and hygienic food, medical services are basic but available when needed, and the campus environment feels safe.

Faculty: Faculty members here are approachable and supportive. They take time to explain concepts clearly and also encourage students outside of academics. Exams are moderate in difficulty, and with proper preparation for a week or two, it is not hard to pass. The passing requirement is 40%, so students dont feel too pressured.

Other: I chose B.A. Hindi because I love literature and wanted to study it deeply. The course improves my knowledge and writing skills. Teachers are helpful and explain clearly. The syllabus could include more modern works. The campus is friendly with events, extracurricular activities, green surroundings, good connectivity, and scholarships for students.

Everything is good and well-facilitated.

Placements: There are approximately 75 students in my course. 80% of students got internships from our course. They all have appropriate knowledge about the courses. All the students who got internships work properly, and the management and teaching staff also help them.

Infrastructure: All the facilities and the infrastructure are good. In our college, every department has its classrooms; every department has its own library and labs. Our college provides a good Wi-Fi connection to the students in the library. Every department has useful books in the library.

Faculty: Professors of every department are very qualified and knowledgeable. They always help the students with their projects, study materials, etc. Students are provided digital classes with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Semester exams are not very tough. All questions come from the semester syllabus. The passing marks are 33%.

Other: I chose the course in this college because I heard that the department of Hindi was very good and disciplined. Many fests, seminars, and other extracurricular activities are held in our college, which are exciting.
